These terms and Conditions (these “Terms” or “T&Cs”) apply to all companies that participate in Ontop’s Self Service Free Trial (the “Self Service Free Trial”).
The Ontop Self Service platform allows clients to complete the onboarding process without the involvement of an agent. This service is available exclusively for clients looking to onboard 1 to 5 Contractors. The first month is free of service fees
1. DEFINITIONS:
1.1. “Campaign Period” means the period between Wednesday, May 07, 2025, 12:00 am (GMT-5) and Thursday May 07, 2026, 11:59 pm (GMT-5). Any transactions made outside of this period will not be eligible for the challenge
1.2. Client” means any legal entity that signs up to Ontop’s platform through the Self Service onboarding flow and meets the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms.
1.3. “Self Service Free Trial or Free Trial” refers to the promotional period during which eligible Clients may access certain Ontop services without incurring standard subscription fees, subject to the limitations described herein.
1.4. “Ontop”, “we”, “our” and “us” refers to Ontop (Holdings Inc)., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and its affiliates and subsidiaries, collectively the “Ontop Group”.
1.5. “You” means the Client, including any authorized representative acting on its behalf, who participates in the Self Service Free Trial.
Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning assigned to them in Ontop’s general Client Terms and Conditions.
2. CAMPAIGN RULES:
2.1. Eligibility: To be eligible for the Self Service Free Trial, the Client must meet all of the following conditions:
- The Client must be new to Ontop, with no previous account registration or billing history.
- The Client must complete the onboarding process exclusively through the Self Service flow, without any involvement from Ontop’s sales representatives.
- The Client must successfully activate and onboard at least one (1) worker within the first thirty (30) calendar days from the initial registration date.
- The Free Trial is only available for Clients onboarding up to a maximum of five (5) workers through the Self Service platform.
Ontop reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a Client meets the above eligibility requirements.
2.2. Promotion Coverage: The Self Service Free Trial covers the following:
- The Free Trial excludes the following costs: worker payments, currency exchange fees, banking or processing fees, and any optional add-on services offered by Ontop.
-The benefit of the Free Trial will be applied automatically once the Client has completed the full onboarding process and successfully verified their payment method.
2.3. How to Redeem the Offer: To activate and redeem the Self Service Free Trial, the Client must complete the following steps:
- Sign Up: Register through the Ontop Self Service landing page to create an account.
- Complete Onboarding: Successfully complete the onboarding process, including company creation, worker registration, and payment method setup.
- Run Payroll: Complete at least one (1) payroll cycle within the first thirty (30) calendar days of registration.
- Upon successful completion of these steps, the Free Trial will be automatically applied.
3. LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS:
The Self Service Free Trial is subject to the following limitations:
3.1.This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers provided by Ontop.
3.2. The Free Trial offer is limited to one (1) use per Client.
3.3. Ontop reserves the right to cancel the Free Trial at its sole discretion if fraudulent activity or repeated use is detected.
3.4. Modification and Termination. Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.
4. CANCELLATION AND SERVICE CONTINUATION:
4.1. Clients may cancel their Free Trial at any time during the trial period without incurring any charges.
4.2. If the Client does not cancel before the trial period ends, the standard subscription fees will automatically apply starting from the second month of service.
4.3. Ontop reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time, in its sole discretion.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:
5.1 Validity: The Campaign will be valid only during the Campaign Period.
5.2 Fraudulent Activity. Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign and (b) to block a Participant’s account at any time if it is determined that fraud or unlawful action is taking place in order to win the Prizes.
5.3. Elegibility. Ontop reserves the right to modify the conditions of eligibility for this Campaign and/or to cancel the Campaign, at any time and at its sole discretion.
5.4. Modification and Termination. Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.
5.5. Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from your participation. Ontop is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or other problems that may result in lost or incomplete transactions.
5.6. Governing Documents. Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as the Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.
5.7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.
5.8. Tax Implications. Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees, charges, or expenses associated with the cashback rewards.
5.9. Data Privacy. By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. The Ontop Privacy Policy provides information on how Ontop collects, processes, uses, retains and discloses personal data and/or other information that it receives from Participants that sign up for this Client Referral Program. Participants acknowledge and understand that Ontop may collect, process, use, retain and disclose User personal data and/or other information pursuant to Ontop’s Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time.
6. COMMUNICATION CHANNELS:
6.1. Participants will receive push notifications for the campaign launch and reminders.
6.1. Weekly email reminders will be sent to update users on their progress.
