These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) regulate the “Your Plan Has More to Give” campaign (this “Campaign”). Through the Campaign, selected Ontop users subscribed to the Wanderlust monthly membership plan will be eligible to receive a $5 USD cashback reward after completing a purchase with the Ontop Card during the Campaign Period.
1. DEFINITIONS:
1.1 “Campaign Period” means the period between Saturday, June 1, 2025, 5:00 am (GMT-5) and Monday, June 30, 2025, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).
1.2 “Ontop Card” means a digital prepaid card that Contractors can acquire through the Ontop Platform and top up by using their Ontop Worker Wallet (as defined below) balance.
1.3 “Ontop Worker Wallet” or “Worker Wallet” means the electronic or digital wallet account available to Workers from within the Ontop Platform that allows them to receive compensation payments from Clients and make electronic transactions to their own personal account(s) or to third-party accounts.
1.4 “Wanderlust Membership” means the monthly Ontop subscription plan priced at $12.90 USD that grants access to exclusive perks, cashback benefits, and discounts.
2. CAMPAIGN RULES:
2.1 To qualify as a participant in this Campaign (“Participant”), you must:
a. Be an active Wanderlust monthly member during the entire Campaign Period;
b. Receive a communication from Ontop confirming your eligibility for this Campaign;
c. Make any purchase using the Ontop Card during the Campaign Period.
2.2 The $5 USD cashback will be granted manually to the Participant’s Ontop Worker Wallet within the first 15 business days of July 2025.
2.3 Only the first Ontop Card transaction made after receiving the Campaign communication will qualify. Wallet transfers, ATM withdrawals, or non-purchase-related activity will not be considered.
3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:
3.1 The Campaign will be valid throughout the Campaign Period.
3.2 Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign and (b) to disqualify any Participant if it is determined that fraud, misuse of the Ontop Card, or other unlawful action has taken place.
3.3 Ontop reserves the right to modify the conditions of eligibility for this Campaign and/or to cancel the Campaign at any time and at its sole discretion.
3.4 Please refer to our B2C General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.
3.5 As per Section 16 of the Ontop Card Terms of Service: (i) these Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the State of Delaware; and (ii) any dispute in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.
3.6 By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge and agree that Ontop may collect, store, and use any personal information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
