Find it: Go to Pay Now → Create Payment List and check “Save as Recurring Payroll”, or mark any past payment list as recurring.

No more digging through old emails. You can now view termination letters directly in your contract summary. Only for contracts where Ontop is a contractual party (Contractor Pro and Ontop Signs).

The Users & Permissions section has been redesigned to give you full visibility and control over your team’s access, all in one place.

Why you’ll love it: See all users (active, invited,or with an invitation expired) in a single table, filter by role or date, and manage invites, removals, or reinvites securely with OTP validation. Plus, the new “Account Owner” role can now remove users and pending invitations.
