If your card hasn't arrived, don't worry! Just reach out to our friendlysupport team and they'll be happy to check the delivery status for you.

What are FX fees, and how do they affect my card?

FX fees are fees determined by Visa for transactions made in foreigncurrencies. They're the same fees used for your virtual card, so be awareof them when making international purchases.

Why is there a printed PAN on my card if it's not working?

The printed PAN on your card serves as a reference for identifying yourcard. It was also a Visa requirement to print it. If you have any questionsabout this, just let us know and we'll be happy to help.

I need to change my delivery address, what's the best way to do this?
