Employin in Colombia

To employ workers in Colombia, foreign companies have two options: Set up a legal entity in Colombia. This is the most common option for large companies that plan to hire a significant number of employees in Colombia. Partner with an employer of record (EOR). An EOR is a company that acts as the legal employer of the employee on behalf of the foreign company. This is a good option for small and medium-sized businesses that want to hire a small number of employees in Colombia without having to go through the hassle of setting up a legal entity. Paternity leave: Fathers are entitled to two weeks of paid paternity leave.
