These Terms and Conditions ("the Terms") govern the $50 USD Request — Try Paycheck Advance — $0 Fee campaign ("the Campaign"). Eligible New Users (those with no prior Paycheck Advance request on record) who receive the campaign communication and submit their first Paycheck Advance request during the Campaign Period, for a fixed amount of USD 50, will receive a fixed cashback of USD 2 — equal to the standard fee for that request — leaving the net cost of the transaction at USD 0. The cashback is credited to the Participant’s Ontop Wallet on the first business day (GMT-5) of the calendar month following the disbursement of the eligible request.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Campaign Period"

Between September 11, 2026, 20:00 UTC and September 30, 2026, 23:59 UTC.

1.2 "Paycheck Advance" (formerly "Quick")

Ontop's advance product through which eligible Workers may request an advance on wages already earned, subject to Ontop's standard eligibility, risk, and disbursement rules.

1.3 "New User"

• Has no prior Paycheck Advance request on record before the Campaign (including rejected or unsigned requests — zero requests of any kind on record).
• Receives the initial Campaign communication.

1.4 "Eligible Request"

• Submitted by a New User, as defined in 1.3.
• The first and only request submitted by that user during the Campaign Period (the cashback applies once, to the user's first request within the Campaign; if that first request is not for exactly USD 50, the user does not qualify for the cashback under this Campaign).
• For a fixed amount of exactly USD 50.
• Approved and disbursed in accordance with Ontop's standard Paycheck Advance eligibility and risk criteria.
• Subject to the standard Paycheck Advance fee for a USD 50 request (USD 2), charged in full at the moment of disbursement. The USD 2 cashback exactly offsets that fee, leaving the Participant's net cost at USD 0.

1.5 "Participant(s)"

• Meet the definition of New User (1.3).
• Receive the initial Campaign communication.
• Submit an Eligible Request during the Campaign Period.
• Comply with these Terms.

1.6 "Reward"

A fixed cashback of USD 2 on the Participant's Eligible Request, equal to the fee charged. It is credited to the Participant's Ontop Wallet on the first business day (GMT-5) of the calendar month following the month in which the Eligible Request was disbursed, as described in Section 3.

2. CAMPAIGN RULES

To qualify for the Reward, Participants must:

• Be New Users (zero prior Paycheck Advance requests).
• Have an active Ontop account.
• Have received the initial Campaign communication.
• Submit an Eligible Request for a fixed amount of USD 50 during the Campaign Period.
• Have the request approved and disbursed under Ontop's standard Paycheck Advance terms.
• Comply with Ontop's General Terms and Conditions and the Paycheck Advance terms.
• Not be excluded under the condition in Section 6.1.

3. ENTRY MECHANICS

At the moment of disbursement, the Participant is charged the standard Paycheck Advance fee corresponding to a USD 50 request (USD 2), with no discount.

If the Eligible Request was for the fixed amount of USD 50 and was disbursed, a fixed cashback of USD 2 is credited to the Participant's Ontop Wallet on the first business day (GMT-5) of the calendar month following the month of disbursement — exactly offsetting the fee charged and leaving the net cost at USD 0.

This cashback applies once, to the first and only request the Participant submits during the Campaign Period, and only if that request was for exactly USD 50 and was disbursed. If the Participant's first request was not for USD 50, or was not disbursed, the Participant does not qualify for the cashback under this Campaign.

Requests submitted outside the Campaign Period, or for an amount other than USD 50, do not qualify for the cashback.

4. REWARD DISTRIBUTION

Eligible Participants will automatically receive their cashback in their Ontop Wallet on the first business day (GMT-5) of the calendar month following the month of disbursement of their Eligible Request.

Ontop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each request and Participant before issuing the cashback.

The cashback is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for other benefits.

5. ELIGIBILITY AND VALIDATION

Only requests that meet the following criteria will be considered:

• Submitted by a New User (zero prior requests), within the Campaign Period.
• For an exact amount of USD 50.
• Approved and disbursed under standard risk/eligibility criteria.
• USD 2 fee charged in full at the moment of disbursement.
• The Participant's first and only request within the Campaign Period.
• Participant not excluded under Section 6.1.

6. RESTRICTIONS

The following will not be considered:

• Requests submitted before or after the Campaign Period.
• Requests rejected or not disbursed.
• Requests for an amount other than USD 50 (higher or lower).
• Requests identified as fraudulent or abusive.
• Participants with another Paycheck Advance campaign or promotion active at the same time.
• Requests from users who do not qualify as New (with at least one prior request on record).
• More than one request per user within the Campaign Period (the cashback applies only to the first, and only if it is for USD 50 and was disbursed).

Ontop reserves the right to apply additional exclusions related to other active Paycheck Advance campaigns or promotions, at its sole discretion.

6.1 Inactive Contract as of the Crediting Date

If, as of the cashback crediting date, the Participant does not have an active contract with Ontop and the advance corresponding to the Eligible Request has not yet been deducted/collected, the cashback will not be granted on that crediting date.

It is not necessary for the advance to have been paid or deducted in order to receive the cashback — this exclusion condition applies only when the Participant does not have an active contract as of the crediting date. If the Participant has an active contract, they receive the cashback regardless of the advance's repayment status.

Ontop reserves the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of attempting to manipulate or abuse the Campaign.

7. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

Ontop reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time.
• Adjust the cashback amount, the fixed amount of the eligible request, the crediting date, or other reward conditions.

Any modifications will not affect requests already disbursed and validated in compliance with these Terms.

8. PERSONAL DATA

Participation in this Campaign implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with Ontop's Privacy Policy.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Participation in this Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Ontop's General Terms and Conditions.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

10.1 Validity

The Campaign will be valid only during the Campaign Period defined in these Terms.

10.2 Fraudulent Activity

Ontop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign and block a Participant's account if fraud or unlawful action is detected.

10.3 Eligibility

Ontop reserves the right to modify eligibility conditions or cancel the Campaign at any time at its sole discretion.

10.4 Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Campaign, Participants agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims arising from participation in the Campaign. Ontop is not responsible for technical failures or system issues that may result in incomplete transactions or uncredited cashback.

10.5 Governing Documents

Please refer to the Ontop Platform Terms, including the Client General Terms and Conditions, Worker General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Ontop Card Terms of Service, which govern matters not covered in these Terms.

10.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.

10.7 Tax Implications

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or expenses associated with the cashback reward.

10.8 Data Privacy

By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of personal information as described in Ontop's Privacy Policy.
