These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the Halloween Cashback Campaign (the "Campaign"), which offers eligible Ontop workers 5% cashback on qualifying Amazon purchases during the Amazon Promotion Period and 5% cashback on qualifying restaurant purchases on Halloween.
All dates and times referenced in these Terms are based on Colombia time (GMT-5).
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 "Campaign Period"
Means the period from October 14, 2026, at 12:00 am (GMT-5) through October 31, 2026, at 11:59 pm (GMT-5).
1.2 "Amazon Promotion Period"
Means the period from October 14, 2026, at 12:00 am (GMT-5) through October 31, 2026, at 11:59 pm (GMT-5).
1.3 "Restaurant Promotion Period"
Means October 31, 2026, from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm (GMT-5).
1.4 "Ontop Card"
Means the prepaid card (physical or digital) issued by Ontop and linked to the user's Ontop Wallet.
1.5 "Eligible Participant(s)"
Means Ontop workers who:
Workers who do not receive the Campaign communication are not eligible to receive cashback under this Campaign.
1.6 "Eligible Amazon Purchase"
Means a purchase made with the Ontop Card on any Amazon domain during the Amazon Promotion Period, including subscriptions, regardless of the product purchased.
1.7 "Eligible Restaurant Purchase"
Means a purchase made with the Ontop Card at a merchant classified under a restaurant or fast food restaurant merchant category code (MCC) during the Restaurant Promotion Period.
Restaurant eligibility is determined by the MCC assigned to the merchant. Transactions made at merchants classified under other categories, including delivery apps, bars, or grocery stores, do not qualify, even if food is purchased.
1.8 "Cashback"
Means the reward calculated as a percentage of the value of an eligible purchase and credited to the Participant's Ontop account in accordance with these Terms.
2. ELIGIBILITY
To participate in the Campaign, workers must:
Receiving the Campaign communication is a mandatory eligibility requirement. Workers who do not receive the Campaign communication are not eligible for cashback under this Campaign.
3. CAMPAIGN MECHANICS
Eligible Participants will receive 5% cashback on Eligible Amazon Purchases made with the Ontop Card between October 14 and October 31, 2026.
The maximum Amazon cashback is USD 20 per Participant for the entire Amazon Promotion Period.
Amazon cashback applies to purchases made on any Amazon domain, including subscriptions, regardless of the product purchased.
Eligible Participants will receive 5% cashback on Eligible Restaurant Purchases made with the Ontop Card on October 31, 2026, from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm Colombia time (GMT-5).
The maximum Restaurant cashback is USD 10 per Participant for the Restaurant Promotion Period.
Restaurant eligibility is determined by the merchant category code (MCC) assigned to the merchant. Only transactions classified as restaurants or fast food restaurants qualify.
Transactions made at merchants classified under other categories, including delivery apps, bars, or grocery stores, are not eligible, even if they sell food.
The Amazon and Restaurant cashback caps are independent.

4. CASHBACK DISTRIBUTION
Eligible cashback will be credited to the Participant's Ontop account on November 3, 2026, the first business day of November 2026.
Cashback will be calculated based on eligible transactions made during the applicable Promotion Periods and subject to the maximum rewards established in these Terms.
5. TRANSACTION VALIDATION
Only transactions that meet the eligibility requirements will qualify for cashback.
Transactions that are pending, reversed, refunded, canceled, disputed, or otherwise determined to be ineligible will not qualify for cashback.
For Restaurant purchases, eligibility will be determined based on the MCC assigned to the merchant at the time of the transaction.
Ontop reserves the right to verify transactions and determine eligibility before distributing cashback.

7. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION
Ontop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control or where necessary to prevent fraud or abuse.
Any modification will be communicated through the appropriate channels and will not affect eligible transactions already completed in accordance with these Terms, unless required by applicable law.
8. PERSONAL DATA
Participation in this Campaign implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with Ontop's Privacy Policy.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Participation in this Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Ontop's applicable terms and conditions.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN
10.1 Validity
The Campaign will be valid only during the Promotion Periods defined in these Terms.
10.2 Fraudulent Activity
Ontop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign and block a Participant's account if fraud or unlawful action is detected in connection with the Campaign.
10.3 Eligibility
Ontop reserves the right to verify eligibility and determine whether a Participant or transaction complies with these Terms.
10.4 Modification and Termination
Ontop reserves the right to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication.
10.5 Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Campaign, Participants agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from claims arising from participation in the Campaign. Ontop is not responsible for technical failures or system issues that may result in incomplete transactions or incorrect cashback calculations.
10.6 Governing Documents
Please refer to the Ontop Platform Terms, including the Client General Terms and Conditions, Worker General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Ontop Card Terms of Service, which govern matters not covered in these Terms.
10.7 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.
10.8 Tax Implications
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or expenses associated with the cashback received through the Campaign.
10.9 Data Privacy
By participating in this Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of personal information as described in Ontop's Privacy Policy.
