Raffle Date: Thursday, November 19, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the GTA VI Raffle campaign (the "Campaign"). Eligible Ontop users may participate in a promotional raffle by registering through the official Campaign registration form and making eligible purchases with their Ontop Card during the Campaign Period. Ten (10) winners will be randomly selected, with each winner receiving a USD 99.99 credit to their Ontop account, equivalent to the value of one GTA VI copy.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Campaign Period"

Means the period between October 5, 2026, at 12:00 am (GMT-5) and November 18, 2026, at 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 "Ontop Card"

Means the prepaid card (physical or digital) issued by Ontop and linked to the user's Ontop Wallet.

1.3 "Eligible Purchase"

Means a purchase made using the Ontop Card that:

• Is successfully completed during the Campaign Period
• Is made after the Participant has completed the official Campaign registration form
• Is settled and not pending, reversed, refunded, canceled, or disputed

1.4 "Participant(s)"

Means Ontop users who:

• Are located in a country where the Ontop Card is available
• Complete the official Campaign registration form during the Campaign Period
• Make Eligible Purchases during the Campaign Period
• Comply with these Terms

1.5 "Raffle Entry"

Means one entry into the Campaign raffle. Participants will receive one (1) Raffle Entry for every USD 20 spent through Eligible Purchases with the Ontop Card.

For example:

• USD 19 spent = 0 entries
• USD 20 spent = 1 entry
• USD 39 spent = 1 entry
• USD 40 spent = 2 entries

Raffle Entries will accumulate throughout the Campaign Period.

1.6 "Reserve Bonus Entries"

Means five (5) additional Raffle Entries awarded to Participants with an active Reserve subscription. The five (5) bonus entries apply once per Participant and are available to both existing Reserve subscribers and Participants who subscribe to Reserve during the Campaign Period.

1.7 "Prize"

Means a credit of USD 99.99 to the winner's Ontop account, equivalent to the value of one GTA VI copy. The Prize will be provided as an account credit and not as the GTA VI game itself.

2. CAMPAIGN RULES

To participate in the Campaign, users must:

• Have an active Ontop account
• Be located in a country where the Ontop Card is available
• Complete the official Campaign registration form
• Have an active Ontop Card
• Make Eligible Purchases during the Campaign Period
• Comply with Ontop's General Terms and Conditions

Users who do not complete the official Campaign registration form are not eligible to participate in the raffle, even if they meet the spending requirements.

3. ENTRY MECHANICS

The promotion begins on October 5, 2026, when the official Campaign registration form is made available to eligible workers.

Participants may complete the registration form at any time during the Campaign Period, until November 18, 2026, at 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

Only purchases made after the Participant completes the registration form will count toward Raffle Entries. Purchases made before registration will not qualify for entries.

Raffle Entries will be calculated as follows:

• Participants receive one (1) Raffle Entry for every USD 20 spent through Eligible Purchases with the Ontop Card
• Spending accumulates throughout the Campaign Period
• Spending amounts that do not reach the next USD 20 threshold do not generate an additional entry
• Participants with an active Reserve subscription receive five (5) additional Raffle Entries
• The Reserve bonus applies once per Participant, regardless of whether the Participant was already subscribed to Reserve or subscribes during the Campaign Period
• There is no limit to the number of Raffle Entries a Participant may accumulate through Eligible Purchases

4. WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE DISTRIBUTION

Ten (10) winners will be selected randomly on November 19, 2026 from among eligible Participants and their accumulated Raffle Entries.

Each Raffle Entry represents one opportunity to be selected.

Each Participant may win only one (1) Prize.

The ten (10) selected winners will each receive a USD 99.99 credit to their Ontop account, equivalent to the value of one GTA VI copy.

The Prize will not be provided as the GTA VI game itself.

Ontop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each winner and the validity of the corresponding Raffle Entries before distributing the Prize.

The Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for another benefit or prize.

5. ELIGIBILITY AND VALIDATION

Only Raffle Entries that meet the following criteria will be considered:

• Generated by an eligible Participant who completed the official Campaign registration form
• Generated from Eligible Purchases made after registration
• Generated from purchases made during the Campaign Period
• Associated with transactions that are successfully completed and settled
• Not associated with transactions that are pending, reversed, refunded, canceled, or disputed

Reserve Bonus Entries will be validated based on the Participant having an active Reserve subscription during the Campaign Period.

Entries will be calculated after transaction validation.

6. RESTRICTIONS

The following will not be considered:

• Purchases made before the Participant completed the registration form
• Purchases made before or after the Campaign Period
• Purchases made by users who did not complete the official Campaign registration form
• Pending, reversed, refunded, canceled, or disputed transactions
• Transactions identified as fraudulent or abusive
• Duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid registration submissions
• Participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements

Ontop reserves the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of attempting to manipulate, abuse, or interfere with the Campaign or raffle process.

7. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

Ontop reserves the right to:

• Modify or suspend the Campaign
• Adjust validation criteria
• Cancel or modify the raffle in the event of circumstances beyond Ontop's reasonable control

Any modifications will not affect Eligible Purchases or Raffle Entries already completed in compliance with these Terms, unless required by applicable law or to prevent fraud or abuse.

8. PERSONAL DATA

Participation in this Campaign implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with Ontop's Privacy Policy.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Participation in this Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Ontop's General Terms and Conditions.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN

10.1 Validity

The Campaign will be valid only during the Campaign Period defined in these Terms.

10.2 Fraudulent Activity

Ontop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign and block a Participant's account if fraud or unlawful action is detected in order to gain additional Raffle Entries or otherwise manipulate the Campaign.

10.3 Eligibility

Ontop reserves the right to verify eligibility and determine whether a Participant or transaction complies with these Terms.

10.4 Modification and Termination

Ontop reserves the right to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon publication.

10.5 Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Campaign, Participants agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims arising from participation in the Campaign. Ontop is not responsible for technical failures or system issues that may result in incomplete transactions, registration submissions, or entries.

10.6 Governing Documents

Please refer to the Ontop Platform Terms, including the Client General Terms and Conditions, Worker General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Ontop Card Terms of Service, which govern matters not covered in these Terms.

10.7 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.

10.8 Tax Implications

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or expenses associated with the Prize.

10.9 Data Privacy

By participating in this Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of personal information as described in Ontop's Privacy Policy.
