PARTNERSHIP PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS – UNFUCKABLE / DINSTINTO / LA MILLA EXTRA

These Partnership Promotion Terms and Conditions ("Promotion Terms") govern the promotional benefits offered by Ontop to eligible businesses and individuals who access Ontop through the dedicated Unfuckable / Dinstinto / La Milla Extra landing pages (the "Promotion").
By participating in the Promotion, each Participant acknowledges and agrees to these Promotion Terms and, as applicable, the terms and conditions governing the relevant Ontop products and services, including Ontop's General Terms and Conditions, the Global Account Terms and Conditions and the Ontop Reserve Terms and Conditions.
1.1 "Business Participant" means an eligible business that registers through the dedicated Unfuckable / Dinstinto / La Milla Extra business landing page.
1.2 "Global Account Participant" means an eligible individual who registers through the dedicated Unfuckable / Dinstinto / La Milla Extra Global Account landing page.
1.3 "Participant" means a Business Participant or a Global Account Participant, as applicable.
1.4 "Platform Subscription Fee" means the recurring fee charged by Ontop for access to the applicable core contracting and payment functionalities of the Ontop Platform. It does not include foreign exchange charges, transfer fees, transaction fees, payment-related charges, third-party costs or any other applicable fees.
1.5 "Ontop Reserve" means Ontop's subscription-based benefits program, subject to availability and to the Ontop Reserve Terms and Conditions.
1.6 "Promotion Period" means the period beginning on September 10, 2026 and continuing until the Promotion is modified or terminated by Ontop in accordance with Section 6.
2.1 To participate in the Promotion, a Participant must:
a. access and complete the applicable form through the dedicated Unfuckable / Dinstinto / La Milla Extra landing page;
b. provide accurate, complete and current information;
c. satisfy Ontop's applicable onboarding, identity verification, compliance and eligibility requirements; and
d. reside or operate in a country where the relevant Ontop products and services are legally and operationally available.
2.2 The Promotion is only available to Participants who can be identified by Ontop as having registered through the applicable Unfuckable / Dinstinto / La Milla Extra landing page. Registrations completed through any other website, channel or referral source will not qualify for the Promotion.
2.3 The Business Promotion is available only to businesses that are not active Ontop clients at the time of registration. A former Ontop client may participate if it no longer has an active account or service relationship with Ontop when it registers for the Promotion.
2.4 The Global Account Promotion is available only to individuals who have never held a Global Account
2.5 Eligibility for one promotional offer does not automatically establish eligibility for the other promotional offer.
2.6 Registration through a dedicated landing page does not guarantee approval, activation or access to any Ontop product or promotional benefit.
3.1 Promotional BenefitsSubject to these Promotion Terms, an eligible Business Participant may receive:
a. a waiver of the Platform Subscription Fee for the first two (2) Platform Subscription Fee invoices issued to the Business Participant, regardless of the date on which such invoices are issued;
b. full access to RecruitAI, without limits on searches, candidates or positions, for two (2) months;
c. two (2) months of Ontop Reserve at no cost for its eligible team members; andd. personalized onboarding support from an Ontop specialist.
The benefits described in Sections 3.1(b) and 3.1(c) will be available during the billing periods covered by the first two (2) Platform Subscription Fee invoices (the "Business Promotional Period").
3.2 Activation
To activate the Business Promotion, the Business Participant must:
a. register and schedule a demo through the dedicated Unfuckable / Dinstinto / La Milla Extra landing page;
b. complete Ontop's applicable commercial and onboarding process; and
c. be approved by Ontop for the applicable products and services.
3.3 Scope of the Platform Subscription Fee Waiver
The Promotion applies exclusively to the Platform Subscription Fee associated with the applicable core contracting and payment functionalities of the Ontop Platform.
The Promotion does not cover foreign exchange charges, transfer fees, transaction fees, payments or compensation payable to Remote Workers, taxes, payment-provider charges, third-party costs or any other fees applicable under the Business Participant's agreement with Ontop.
3.4 Contract Limit
There is no promotional limit on the number of eligible contracts that a Business Participant may create through the Ontop Platform during the Business Promotional Period. However, all contracts, Remote Workers, users, transactions and services remain subject to Ontop's ordinary onboarding, verification, compliance and product-availability requirements.
3.5 RecruitAI
Eligible Business Participants will receive full access to RecruitAI, without limits on searches, candidates or positions, during the Business Promotional Period.
Access to RecruitAI under the Promotion will end at the end of the Business Promotional Period unless the Business Participant separately subscribes to or purchases continued access, where available.
3.6 Ontop Reserve for Team Members
Eligible team members linked to the Business Participant may receive two (2) months of Ontop Reserve at no cost, subject to individual eligibility, product availability, identity verification and compliance requirements.
At the end of the Business Promotional Period, Ontop Reserve will be automatically cancelled and the applicable team member will not be charged for its continuation. Any team member who wishes to continue using Ontop Reserve must expressly subscribe to or reactivate it under the price and terms applicable at that time.
4.1 Promotional Benefit
Subject to these Promotion Terms, an eligible Global Account Participant will receive three (3) months of Ontop Reserve at no cost.
4.2 Activation
To activate the Global Account Promotion, the Participant must:
a. register through the dedicated Unfuckable / Dinstinto / La Milla Extra Global Account landing page;
b. download the Ontop app;
c. open a Global Account in accordance with the Global Account Terms and Conditions
d. successfully complete Ontop's applicable identity verification and compliance requirements; and
e. have the promotional benefit manually activated by Ontop.
4.3 Promotional Period
The three-month promotional period will begin when Ontop activates the Ontop Reserve benefit following completion of the applicable verification requirements. Any processing or activation delay will not reduce the three-month promotional period.
4.4 Expiration and Cancellation
At the end of the three-month promotional period, Ontop Reserve will be automatically cancelled and the Global Account Participant will not be charged for its continuation.
If the Participant wishes to continue using Ontop Reserve, the Participant must expressly subscribe to or reactivate the service, subject to the price, eligibility requirements and terms applicable at that time.
4.5 Ontop Reserve Benefits
Ontop Reserve may provide eligible Participants with benefits that include:
a. up to ten percent (10%) cashback on eligible purchases;
b. travel, wellness and lifestyle benefits of up to USD 4,000 per year; and
c. a fifty percent (50%) discount on applicable fees for eligible international transfers.
Annual benefit amounts are subject to the limits and conditions set out in the Ontop Reserve Terms and Conditions
d. an annual yield of up to five point twenty-five percent (5.25%) on eligible balances held in Future Fund, subject to the Future Fund Terms and Conditions
The availability, value and conditions of each benefit may vary depending on the Participant's country, eligibility, transaction and the applicable Ontop Reserve Terms and Conditions. References to "up to" amounts or percentages do not guarantee that every Participant will receive the maximum stated benefit
5.1 Combination with Other Promotions
The Promotion may be combined with other Ontop promotions, including the Global Account Referral Program, provided that the Participant independently satisfies the eligibility requirements of each promotion.
If two promotions provide the same or a substantially equivalent benefit, Ontop may determine how the benefits will be applied and may prevent duplication of the same benefit for the same transaction or period.
5.2 Geographic Availability
The Promotion is available only in countries where Ontop and the relevant products and services are legally and operationally available.
Participation remains subject to applicable laws, regulatory restrictions, sanctions requirements, identity verification, know-your-customer procedures and Ontop's internal compliance policies.
5.3 Prohibited Conduct
Participants may not:
a. submit duplicate, false, incomplete or misleading registrations;
b. create or use multiple accounts, or close and reopen accounts, to obtain the same benefit more than once;
c. manipulate the landing-page registration, identification or attribution process;
d. transfer, sell or assign a promotional benefit; or
e. use the Promotion for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful purposes.
5.4 Ontop may reject a registration or withhold, suspend or withdraw a promotional benefit if Ontop reasonably determines that the Participant:
a. does not satisfy the eligibility requirements;
b. has violated these Promotion Terms;
c. has provided false, inaccurate or incomplete information; or
d. has engaged in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.
6. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION
6.1 Ontop may modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time by updating these Promotion Terms or the applicable landing page, or through another reasonable communication channel.
6.2 Any modification, suspension or termination will not affect promotional benefits already activated for eligible Participants, except where necessary to comply with applicable law or regulatory or compliance obligations, to prevent fraud or to address misuse of the Promotion.
Ontop reserves the right to:
Any modifications will not affect requests already disbursed and validated in compliance with these Terms.
Participation in this Campaign implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with Ontop's Privacy Policy
Participation in this Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Ontop's General Terms and Conditions.
10.1 Validity
The Campaign will be valid only during the Campaign Period defined in these Terms.
10.2 Fraudulent Activity
Ontop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign and block a Participant's account if fraud or unlawful action is detected.
10.3 Eligibility
Ontop reserves the right to modify eligibility conditions or cancel the Campaign at any time at its sole discretion.
10.4 Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Campaign, Participants agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims arising from participation in the Campaign. Ontop is not responsible for technical failures or system issues that may result in incomplete transactions or uncredited cashback.
10.5 Governing Documents
Please refer to the Ontop Platform Terms, including the Client General Terms and Conditions, Worker General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Ontop Card Terms of Service, which govern matters not covered in these Terms.
10.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.
10.7 Tax Implications
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or expenses associated with the cashback reward.
10.8 Data Privacy
By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of personal information as described in Ontop's Privacy Policy.
