These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Cashback Challenge Day campaign (the “Campaign”).

During the Campaign Period, eligible Ontop users with high spending activity who are not subscribed to any Ontop plan will receive an email or push notification announcing a special cashback opportunity available on two consecutive Friday´s for 24 hours each day.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period” means the period between Friday 21 2025, 12:00 am (GMT-5) and Friday 28, 2025, 11:59 pm (GMT-5)- The Campaign will take place every Friday till end of november.

1.2 “Ontop Card” refers to the prepaid card (physical or digital) that users can acquire through the Ontop Platform and top up using their Ontop Global Wallet balance.

‍

1.3 “Ontop Worker Wallet” or “Worker Wallet” means the e-wallet account accessible to Contractors registered on the Ontop Platform that reflects the available balance of payments from clients.

‍

1.4 “Reserve Plan” is a subscription plan offered by Ontop that provides subscribers with enhanced benefits, including increased cashback rates on certain purchases.

‍

1.5 “Cashback” means the bonus amount credited back to the Participant’s Ontop Card based on eligible purchases made during the Campaign Period.

‍

1.6 “Participant(s)” means workers that never had been subscribed to reserve.

‍

‍

2. CAMPAIGN  RULES:

2.1 Eligibility: To qualify for this Campaign, Participants must:

• Have never been subscribed to the Reserve Plan.
• Have accepted and fulfilled the Cashback Challenge by confirming participation through the official Typeform provided by Ontop: https://admin.typeform.com/form/DNw7hgnn/create?block=0cde9fed-5358-4600-bd1c-394661767a72
• Have a monthly Ontop Card spending above USD 500.
• Comply with Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions.
• Have received a Campaign announcement via email or push notification.

2.2 Cashback Offer

During each 24-hour event, eligible Participants will receive Reserve cashback percentages on all eligible purchases made with their Ontop Card within the designated time frame.

2.3 Cashback Calculation and Limits:

• Cashback is calculated based on the total value of eligible purchases made during each 24-hour event.
• Cashback applies only to Reserve-eligible merchants.
• The maximum cashback a Participant can earn during the entire Campaign is USD 20.
• Ontop reserves the right to manually review and determine eligibility for cashback.

‍2.4 Cashback Crediting. The cashback amount will be credited to the Participant’s Ontop Card within thirty (30) days following the end of the Campaign Period. The cashback is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.

2.5 Participation Confirmation.

To join the Campaign, eligible users must explicitly confirm their participation through the official

Cashback Challenge Day Typeform

provided by Ontop. Only users who complete and submit the Typeform indicating their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions will be considered Participants. Users who do not complete the form or decline participation will not be included in the Campaign.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

3.1 Validity: The Campaign will be valid only during the designated one-hour window communicated via push notifications and email.

3.2 Fraudulent Activity. Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign and (b) to block a Participant’s account at any time if it is determined that fraud or unlawful action is taking place in order to gain additional cashback.

‍

3.3. Elegibility. Ontop reserves the right to modify the conditions of eligibility for this Campaign and/or to cancel the Campaign, at any time and at its sole discretion.

‍

3.4 Modification and Termination. Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.

3.4 Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from your participation. Ontop is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or other problems that may result in lost or incomplete transactions.

3.5 Governing Documents. Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as the Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.

3.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.

3.7 Tax Implications. Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees, charges, or expenses associated with the cashback rewards.

‍

3.8 Data Privacy. By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
