These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) govern the September Crazy Hour Campaign (this “Campaign”). During the Campaign, eligible Ontop Card holders subscribed to the Wanderlust plan or to the Reserve plan (“Wanderlust Subscribers” and "Reserve Suscribers") will receive a push notification and e-mail announcing about the one-hour time frame to make purchases with your Ontop Card and receive a 2% cashback.

1. DEFINITIONS:

‍

1.1 “Campaign Period” means everyday that is a Wednesday between Wednesday December 3rd, 12:00 am (GMT-5) and  Wednesday , December 24th, 2025, 11:59 pm (GMT-5). More specifically, the Campaign will take place: Wednesday, December 3rd 2025; Wednesday, September 10th 2025; Wednesday, September 17th 2025; and Wednesday, December 24th 2025, between 10:00AM-11:00AM and 5:00PM - 6:00PM (GMT-5).

1.2 “Ontop Card” refers to the prepaid card (physical or digital) that users can acquire through the Ontop Platform and top up using their Ontop Global Wallet balance.

‍

1.3 “Ontop Worker Wallet” or “Worker Wallet” means the e-wallet account accessible to Contractors registered on the Ontop Platform that reflects the available balance of payments from the clients to whom the Contractors provide services, which can be held within the account balance and/or paid out to the independent contractor through various payment methods.

1.4 “Wanderlust Plan” is a subscription plan offered by Ontop that provides subscribers with enhanced benefits, including increased cashback rates on certain purchases.

1.5 "Reserve Plan" refers to the premium monthly or annual plan offered by Ontop, which grants users access to exclusive perks, benefits, and enhanced cashback rates.

1.6 “Cashback” means the bonus amount credited back to the Participant’s Ontop Card based on eligible purchases made during the Campaign Period.

1.7 “Participant(s)” means Wanderlust Subscribers and Reserve Subscribers who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2.1.

2. CAMPAIGN  RULES:

2.1 Eligibility: To qualify for this Campaign, you must:

• Be an active Wanderlust Subscriber or Reserve Subscriber at the time of the eligible purchase.
• Comply with Ontop's general terms and conditions.
• Have been announced via push notifications and email

2.2 Cashback Offer: During the surprise one-hour event, eligible participants will receive an additional 2% cashback on all purchases made with their Ontop Card within the designated period.

2.3 Cashback Calculation and Limits:

• The Cashback is calculated based on the total amount of eligible purchases made during the designated period.
• Eligible purchases made within the one-hour timeframe will receive an additional 2% cashback with a $10 USD cap.
• The maximum total Cashback a Participant can earn during the Campaign is $10 USD.
• Ontop reserves the right to determine eligibility and process cashback manually if necessary.

‍2.4 Cashback Crediting. The cashback amount will be credited to the Participant’s Ontop Card within thirty (30) days following the end of the Campaign Period. The cashback is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

3.1 Validity: The Campaign will be valid only during the designated one-hour window communicated via push notifications and email.

‍

3.2 Fraudulent Activity. Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign and (b) to block a Participant’s account at any time if it is determined that fraud or unlawful action is taking place in order to gain additional cashback.

3.3. Elegibility. Ontop reserves the right to modify the conditions of eligibility for this Campaign and/or to cancel the Campaign, at any time and at its sole discretion.

‍

3.4 Modification and Termination. Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.

3.5 Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from your participation. Ontop is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or other problems that may result in lost or incomplete transactions.

3.6 Governing Documents. Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as the Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.

3.7 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.

3.8 Tax Implications. Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees, charges, or expenses associated with the cashback rewards.

3.9 Data Privacy. By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
