Terms Friday Cashback - Ride Sharing

Campaign Begins: Friday April 3, 2026, 12:00 am (GMT-5)

Campaign Ends: Friday April 24, 2026, 11:59 pm (GMT-5)

During the Campaign Period, eligible Ontop Workers who complete a qualifying ride sharing transaction using their Ontop Card will receive 20% cashback on their first eligible transaction of each Friday, subject to the conditions described below.

1. DEFINITIONS:
1.1 β€œCampaign Period”

Means each Friday of April 2026, from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm (GMT-5), specifically: April 3, April 10, April 17, and April 24, 2026.

1.2 β€œOntop Card”

Means the prepaid card (digital or physical) issued by Ontop and linked to the user’s Ontop Wallet.

1.3 β€œRide Sharing Transaction”

Means a payment made to recognized ride sharing platforms (such as Uber, Cabify, DiDi, or similar services) using the Ontop Card.

1.4 β€œEligible Transaction”

Means a transaction that:

  • Is completed using the Ontop Card
  • Corresponds to a ride sharing service
  • Is the first ride sharing transaction of the day (Friday)
  • Is successfully authorized and settled during the Campaign Period
  • Is not refunded, reversed, disputed, or canceled
1.5 β€œCashback”

Means the amount equivalent to 20% of the Eligible Transaction value, credited back to the Participant’s Ontop Wallet, subject to the maximum limit described in these Terms.

1.6 β€œParticipant(s)”

Means Ontop Workers who:

  • Have received a campaign communication from Ontop, and
  • Complete an Eligible Transaction during the Campaign Period, and
  • Comply with these Terms

2. CAMPAIGN ELIGIBILITY:
  • To participate in the Campaign, users must:
    • Be an Ontop Worker with an active account
    • Have received a direct communication about the Campaign
    • Complete an Eligible Transaction during the Campaign Period
    • Comply with Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions
    No additional opt-in or registration is required.
3. CAMPAIGN  MECHANICS:

  • The Campaign applies only on Fridays during April 2026.
  • Participants must complete a ride sharing transaction using their Ontop Card.
  • Only the first eligible ride sharing transaction per Friday will qualify for cashback.
  • Any additional ride sharing transactions made on the same day will not qualify for additional cashback.

4. CASHBACK CALCULATION AND CREDITING:
  • Cashback is calculated as 20% of the settled amount of the Eligible Transaction.
  • The maximum cashback per Participant per Friday is USD 10.
  • Cashback will be credited to the Participant’s Ontop Wallet at the end of April 2026, following transaction validation.
  • Cashback is non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and may not be exchanged for cash.

5. RESTRICTIONS:
  • Only transactions completed on Fridays in April 2026 qualify.
  • Transactions must correspond to ride sharing services.
  • Only the first eligible transaction per Friday qualifies.
  • Refunded, reversed, disputed, or canceled transactions are excluded.
  • Transactions made outside the Campaign Period are not eligible.
  • Only Workers who received a campaign communication are eligible.
  • Ontop reserves the right to exclude transactions associated with fraud, abuse, or misuse.

6. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION:

Ontop reserves the right to:

  • Modify or suspend the Campaign
  • Adjust validation criteria

Any modifications will not affect transactions already completed in compliance with these Terms.

7. PERSONAL DATA:

Participation in this Campaign implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with Ontop’s Privacy Policy.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

Participation in this Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions.

9. FRAUD, ABUSE, AND DISQUALIFICATION:

Ontop reserves the right to:

  • Exclude fraudulent, reversed, refunded, disputed, or abusive transactions
  • Disqualify Participants attempting to manipulate spending behavior or Campaign mechanics
  • Withhold or revoke the reward if misuse, policy violations, or suspicious activity is detected

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

10.1 Governing Documents

These Terms operate in conjunction with Ontop’s Client General Terms and Conditions, Worker General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively, the β€œOntop Platform Terms”). Any matters not expressly covered herein are governed by the Ontop Platform Terms.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

Ontop is not responsible for technical failures, system errors, or incomplete transactions that may affect cashback calculation or Campaign participation.

10.3 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.

10.4 Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the reward.
