These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the Ontop Induction Experience (the "Experience"), a post-KYC onboarding experience created by Ontop through which eligible users may complete different levels and unlock rewards as they progress.
The Experience is available only to eligible users who have successfully completed Ontop's Know Your Customer verification process ("KYC") and are within their first month of registration with Ontop.
By accessing or registering for the Experience through the official link shared by Ontop, Participants acknowledge and accept these Terms.
1.DEFINITIONS:
1.1 "Experience"
Means the Ontop Induction Experience, a post-KYC onboarding experience designed by Ontop where eligible users may complete different levels and unlock rewards subject to these Terms.
1.2 "Post-KYC User"
Means a user who has successfully completed Ontop's KYC process and whose Ontop account has been approved, subject to Ontop's internal validation.
1.3 "First Month of Registration"
Means the first thirty (30) calendar days starting from the date on which the user registered with Ontop, as determined by Ontop's internal records.
1.4 "Official Experience Link"
Means the official link shared by Ontop through which eligible Post-KYC Users may access the Experience and register their information, if required, in order to participate.
Only access or registrations completed through the Official Experience Link will be considered valid.
1.5 "Participant(s)"
Means eligible Ontop users who have successfully completed KYC, are within their First Month of Registration, access or register through the Official Experience Link, provide any required information, and comply with these Terms.
1.6 "Levels"
Means the five stages or milestones included in the Experience. Participants may unlock rewards as they complete the required actions for each applicable Level, as determined and validated by Ontop.
1.7 "Rewards"
Means the benefits that may be granted to eligible Participants after completing certain Levels of the Experience, subject to validation by Ontop.
The available rewards are:
Level 1: $10 USD for registering a Global Account.
Level 2: Seven (7) days to request the physical Ontop Card for free.
Level 3: $50 USD to try out Reserve. This reward is available if the Participant requests the seven (7) day trial.
Level 4: $20 USD to try out Future Fund.
1.8 "Unlock Date"
Means the date on which Ontop determines that the Participant has successfully completed the requirements to unlock a specific Reward.
1.9 "Quick"
Means the applicable Ontop product, balance, benefit, credit, or feature identified by Ontop as "Quick," subject to availability, eligibility, and applicable product terms.
1.10 "Reserve"
Means the applicable Ontop product, subscription, benefit, or feature identified by Ontop as "Reserve," subject to availability, eligibility, and applicable product terms.
2.ELIGIBILITY:
To participate in the Experience, users must meet all of the following conditions:
Have an active Ontop account in good standing.
Have successfully completed Ontop's KYC process.
Be within their first thirty (30) calendar days from registration with Ontop.
Access or register through the Official Experience Link shared by Ontop.
Provide all required information accurately and completely, if applicable.
Complete the required actions or milestones associated with each Level.
Comply with Ontop's General Terms and Conditions, applicable product terms, and Privacy Policy.
Participation is limited to eligible Post-KYC Users under Ontop's criteria.
Users who have not completed KYC, whose KYC is pending, rejected, expired, under review, or otherwise not approved, are not eligible to participate in the Experience.
Users outside their First Month of Registration are not eligible to participate, unless expressly determined otherwise by Ontop.
Ontop may determine, at its sole discretion, which users are eligible to access and participate in the Experience.
Access, registrations, or reward claims submitted outside the Official Experience Link will not be considered valid.
3.EXPERIENCE MECHANICS:
3.1 Access and Registration
To be part of the Experience, eligible users must access or register through the Official Experience Link and provide the information requested by Ontop, if applicable.
The registration form may request, among other information:
Full name
Registered email associated with the Participant's Ontop account
Country of residence
Any other information required by Ontop for validation and reward delivery
Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted is accurate, complete, and matches their Ontop account information.
Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, altered, or fraudulent registrations may be rejected at Ontop's sole discretion.
3.2 Post-KYC Availability
The Experience becomes available only after the user has successfully completed KYC and the user's account has been approved by Ontop.
Completing the Ontop registration process does not automatically guarantee access to the Experience.
A user must complete KYC and remain within their First Month of Registration to be eligible to access and participate in the Experience.
3.3 Levels and Progression
The Experience includes four (4) Levels.
Participants may progress through the Levels by completing the actions, milestones, or requirements defined by Ontop for each Level.
Ontop will validate whether a Participant has successfully completed the requirements for each Level.
Only Levels successfully completed and validated by Ontop will be considered for Reward unlocking.
3.4 Reward Unlocking
Participants may unlock Rewards as they complete certain Levels of the Experience.The Rewards are the following:
Level 1 Reward — $10 USD for Account Registration Participants who successfully complete and unlock Level 1 may receive $10 USD upon registering an account enabled for transfers, subject to validation by Ontop. This Reward may be subject to product availability, eligibility requirements, usage limitations, and applicable product terms.
Level 2 Reward — $20 USD Card Issuance Reward + Surprise Reward$20 USD Card Issuance Reward Participants who successfully complete and unlock Level 2 may receive $20 USD upon successful issuance of their Ontop virtual card. Ontop will review card issuance status within forty-eight (48) hours of the Participant initiating Level 2. If the virtual card has been issued at the time of Ontop's review, the $20 USD Reward will be credited. Cards issued after Ontop's review window has concluded will not be eligible for this
Reward.Surprise Reward — First Purchase Bonus Participants whose virtual card has been successfully issued may be eligible for an additional Surprise Reward if they complete their first card purchase within seven (7) days of initiating Level 2. The nature and value of the Surprise Reward is at Ontop's sole discretion and will be communicated to eligible Participants directly. Ontop will contact qualifying Participants to make the Surprise Reward effective.Card issuance, eligibility, country availability, and other card-related conditions remain subject to Ontop Card terms and operational availability.
Important: Level 2 and its associated Rewards are not available for Participants registered under a restricted country (for operating the card).
Level 3 Reward — $20 USD for Reserve Free Trial Activation Participants who successfully complete and unlock Level 3 may receive $20 USD upon activating their Reserve free trial within forty-eight (48) hours of initiating Level 3. Ontop will validate activation within this window. Activations completed after the forty-eight (48) hour period will not be eligible for this Reward. This Reward may be subject to Reserve's product applicable product terms.
Level 4 Reward — $20 USD Future Fund Reward For Participants registered under a restricted country, Level 4 includes a $20 USD Reward, claimable through the designated in-experience button with no additional conditions required. The Reward will be processed following the Participant's claim submission, subject to Ontop's standard validation procedures. This Reward is exclusively available to restricted country Participants and does not apply to the general Experience journey.
3.5 Reward Delivery Timing
Rewards will be granted within a maximum of forty-eight (48) business hours after the applicable Level has been unlocked and validated by Ontop.
Reward delivery is subject to Ontop's internal validation, processing timelines, system availability, product availability, and fraud prevention checks.
Ontop may request additional information before granting any Reward.
4.REWARD CONDITIONS:
Rewards are personal, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash, unless expressly stated by Ontop.
Rewards may only be used by the eligible Participant who unlocked them.
Rewards may be subject to additional product-specific terms, availability, limitations, eligibility conditions, expiration dates, or usage restrictions.
Ontop reserves the right to deny, revoke, cancel, or adjust any Reward if:
The Participant does not meet the eligibility criteria.
The Participant has not successfully completed KYC.
The Participant is outside their First Month of Registration.
The Participant does not complete the required Level actions.
The registration or access information is incomplete, inaccurate, or does not match the Participant's Ontop account.
Ontop identifies misuse, abuse, fraud, suspicious activity, or violation of these Terms.
The Reward was granted in error.
The applicable product, feature, or benefit is not available in the Participant's country or account.
5.RESTRICTIONS:
The Experience does not apply to:
Users who have not completed KYC.
Users whose KYC is pending, rejected, expired, under review, or otherwise not approved.
Users outside their First Month of Registration, unless expressly determined otherwise by Ontop.
Users who do not access or register through the Official Experience Link.
Users who provide incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, or fraudulent information.
Users who do not have an active Ontop account in good standing.
Users who fail to complete the required actions for each Level.
Users who attempt to manipulate, abuse, or misuse the Experience.
Access, registrations, or claims made through unofficial channels or links.
Rewards claimed after the applicable reward window has expired.
Accounts blocked, suspended, closed, restricted, or under investigation.
Artificial activity, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, manipulated actions, false information, or any attempt to abuse the Experience are strictly prohibited.
Ontop reserves the right to:
Reject invalid registrations or access attempts.
Deny Reward delivery.
Revoke Rewards.
Disqualify Participants.
Recover any Reward granted in error or as a result of fraudulent activity.
Modify the Experience mechanics if abuse, system errors, or operational issues are detected.
6. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION:
Ontop reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Experience at any time.
Ontop may adjust eligibility criteria, Level requirements, Reward conditions, delivery timelines, validation mechanics, product availability, or any other aspect of the Experience at its sole discretion.
Any changes will not affect Rewards already validly earned and granted in compliance with these Terms prior to the change, unless such Rewards were granted due to error, fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, or violation of these Terms.
7.PERSONAL DATA:
Participation in the Experience implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Experience administration purposes, including access validation, registration validation, KYC status verification, eligibility verification, Level tracking, Reward delivery, fraud prevention, product activation, communications related to the Experience, and compliance with applicable requirements.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with Ontop's Privacy Policy.
8.ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
Participation in the Experience constitutes full acceptance of these Terms, Ontop's General Terms and Conditions, applicable product terms, and Ontop's Privacy Policy.
By accessing or registering through the Official Experience Link, Participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
9.GENERAL CONDITIONS:
9.1 Validity
The Experience is valid only for eligible Participants who have successfully completed KYC, are within their First Month of Registration, access or register through the Official Experience Link, and comply with these Terms.
9.2 Fraudulent Activity
Rewards are subject to availability, eligibility, validation, applicable product terms, and Ontop's internal processing timelines.
9.3 Eligibility
Ontop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or block participation and recover any Reward in cases of fraud, abuse, misuse, suspicious activity, account manipulation, duplicate accounts, or violation of these Terms.
9.4 Limitation of Liability
Ontop may modify eligibility conditions, participation requirements, validation criteria, Level requirements, or Reward mechanics at its sole discretion.
9.5 Governing Documents
Ontop is not responsible for technical issues, failed registrations, delayed access, network failures, platform errors, delayed clicks, product availability limitations, physical card delivery delays, third-party issues, or other circumstances outside Ontop's reasonable control that may affect a Participant's ability to participate in the Experience or claim Rewards.
9.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Please refer to Ontop's General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Ontop Card Terms of Service, Reserve terms, Quick terms, and any other applicable product terms.
9.7 Tax Implications
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
9.8 Data Privacy
Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or obligations arising from Rewards received under the Experience.
