Campaign Begins: Monday, July 27, 2026, 10:00 am (GMT-5)
Campaign Ends: Friday, July 31, 2026, 5:00 pm (GMT-5)

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the Ontop Anniversary — Future Fund+30 (the "Campaign"). In celebration of Ontop's anniversary, eligible users who deposit into FF+30 during the Campaign Period will receive a preferential rate of up to 5% APY (in place of the standard rate), applied to the deposited amount and payable at the end of the 30-day cycle.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 "Campaign Period"
Means the period between July 27, 2026, at 10:00 am (GMT-5) and July 31, 2026, at 5:00 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 "Future Fund"
Means the Future Fund Service, a voluntary loan arrangement through which Workers may choose to temporarily loan funds to Ontop in exchange for Rewards. By using the Service, Participants understand and agree that they are loaning funds to Ontop, entirely at their discretion, and that upon doing so, Ontop may use, pledge, on-lend, or otherwise dispose of loaned funds in its discretion, including entering into agreements with third-party partners. Participants do not retain any property or custodial interest in funds while they are in the Pocket.

1.3 "Eligible Deposit"
Means a deposit made into Future Fund+30 that is:

• Made during the Campaign Period (i.e., from the moment the Participant receives the initial campaign communication through July 31, 2026, 5:00 pm GMT-5)
• Held in FF+30 for the entire thirty (30) day cycle, with no possibility of early withdrawal. The Reward (preferential rate of up to 5% APY) is credited at maturity, together with the rest of the reward, in the usual manner in which FF+30 rewards are paid.

1.4 "Participant(s)"
Means Ontop users who:

• Receive the initial campaign notification/communication
• Make a new Eligible Deposit into FF+30 during the Campaign Period (having an already-active FF+30 product is not sufficient)
• Comply with these Terms

1.5 "Reward"
Means the preferential rate of up to 5% APY applied to the Eligible Deposit in FF+30, awarded to Participants who comply with the requirements set out in these Terms, and paid together with the rest of the rewards at maturity of the 30-day cycle.

2. CAMPAIGN RULES:
To qualify for the Reward, Participants must:

• Have an active Ontop account
• Have received the initial campaign communication
• Make a new Eligible Deposit into FF+30 during the Campaign Period
• Keep the deposit in FF+30 for the entire 30-day cycle (no early withdrawal)
• Comply with Ontop's General Terms and Conditions and the Future Fund+30 terms

3. ENTRY MECHANICS:

The promotion applies to any eligible Ontop user who makes a new deposit into FF+30 within the Campaign Period and who receives the campaign communication. Having an FF+30 product already active beforehand is not sufficient — the eligible deposit must be made within that time window.

The preferential rate will be calculated as follows:

• Participants will receive the preferential rate of up to 5% APY on the amount of the new deposit made into FF+30 during the Campaign Period
• Applies to any amount deposited
• The rate is calculated automatically at the moment funds are returned (maturity), and applies to the entire 30-day cycle, not prorated by day

Deposits made outside the Campaign Period, or FF+30 positions opened before the start of the Campaign, will not qualify for the promotion.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE DISTRIBUTION:

Eligible Participants will automatically receive their reward (preferential rate of up to 5% APY) as part of their normal FF+30 reward payout, at the time their 30-day cycle matures.

There are no special crediting dates — payment follows the standard FF+30 maturity flow.

Ontop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each deposit and participant before issuing the reward.

The reward is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for other benefits.

5. ELIGIBILITY AND VALIDATION:

Only deposits that meet the following criteria will be considered:

• New deposits into FF+30 made within the Campaign Period
• Does not apply to FF+30 deposits or positions opened before the start of the Campaign
• No minimum amount required
• Held in FF+30 without withdrawal until maturity of the 30-day cycle

Entries will be calculated after deposit validation.

6. RESTRICTIONS:

The following will not be considered:

• Deposits made before or after the Campaign Period
• FF+30 deposits or positions opened before the start of the Campaign (having an active product is not sufficient)
• Deposits identified as fraudulent or abusive
• Participants who fail to complete any required registration step, if applicable

Ontop reserves the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of attempting to manipulate or abuse the Campaign.

7. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION:

Ontop reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time.
• Adjust the preferential rate or other reward conditions.

Any modifications will not affect transactions already completed and validated in compliance with these Terms.

8. PERSONAL DATA:
Participation in this Campaign implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with Ontop's Privacy Policy.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
Participation in this Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Ontop's General Terms and Conditions.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

10.1 Validity
The Campaign will be valid only during the Campaign Period defined in these Terms.

10.2 Fraudulent Activity
Ontop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign and block a Participant's account if fraud or unlawful action is detected.

10.3 Eligibility
Ontop reserves the right to modify eligibility conditions or cancel the Campaign at any time at its sole discretion.

10.4 Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Campaign, Participants agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims arising from participation in the Campaign. Ontop is not responsible for technical failures or system issues that may result in incomplete transactions or uncredited cashback.

10.5 Governing Documents
Please refer to the Ontop Platform Terms, including the Client General Terms and Conditions, Worker General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Ontop Card Terms of Service, which govern matters not covered in these Terms.

10.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.

10.7 Tax Implications
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or expenses associated with the cashback rewards.

10.8 Data Privacy
By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of personal information as described in Ontop's Privacy Policy.
