These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the Ontop Anniversary — Paycheck Advance Fee Cashback (the "Campaign"). Eligible users who submit a new Paycheck Advance (formerly "Quick") request during the Campaign Period will have the standard fee charged in full (100%) at disbursement. On Friday, July 31, 2026 (GMT-5), a cashback equal to 50% of the fee paid on the corresponding advance is credited to their Ontop Global Account.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Campaign Period"

Means the period between Monday, July 27, 2026, 10:00 am (GMT-5) and Friday, July 31, 2026, 5:00 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 "Paycheck Advance" (formerly "Quick")

Means the Ontop Earned Wage Access (EWA) product through which eligible Workers may request an advance on wages already earned, subject to Ontop's standard eligibility, risk, and disbursement rules.

1.3 "Eligible Request"

Means a Paycheck Advance request that is:

• Submitted during the Campaign Period (i.e., from the moment the Participant receives the initial campaign communication through Friday, July 31, 2026, 5:00 pm GMT-5)
• Approved and disbursed in accordance with Ontop's standard Paycheck Advance eligibility and risk criteria
• Charged the standard fee in full (100%) at the moment of disbursement, with no discount applied at checkout

1.4 "Participant(s)"

Means Ontop users who:

• Receive the initial campaign notification/communication
• Submit a new Eligible Request during the Campaign Period (having used Paycheck Advance previously — or not — does not affect eligibility)
• Comply with these Terms

1.5 "Reward"

Means a cashback of 50% of the fee paid on each Eligible Request. It is credited on Friday, July 31, 2026 (GMT-5) to the Participant's Ontop Global Account, as described in Section 3.

2. CAMPAIGN RULES

To qualify for the Reward, Participants must:

• Have an active Ontop account
• Have received the initial campaign communication
• Submit a new Eligible Request during the Campaign Period
• Have the request approved and disbursed under Ontop's standard Paycheck Advance terms
• Comply with Ontop's General Terms and Conditions and the Paycheck Advance terms

3. ENTRY MECHANICS

• At the moment of disbursement, the Participant is charged 100% of the standard Paycheck Advance fee — no discount is applied at checkout.
• On Friday, July 31, 2026 (GMT-5), a cashback equal to 50% of the fee charged on each Eligible Request is credited to the Participant's Ontop Global Account.
• The cashback applies per Eligible Request; a Participant with multiple Eligible Requests in the same week receives the cashback for each, on that same Friday.
• Requests submitted outside the Campaign Period will not qualify for the cashback.

4. REWARD DISTRIBUTION

• Eligible Participants will automatically receive their cashback to their Ontop Global Account on Friday, July 31, 2026 (GMT-5).
• There are no special crediting dates outside that Friday.
• Ontop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each request and Participant before issuing the cashback.
• The cashback is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for other benefits.

5. ELIGIBILITY AND VALIDATION

Only requests that meet the following criteria will be considered:

• New Paycheck Advance requests submitted within the Campaign Period
• Approved and disbursed under standard risk/eligibility criteria
• Fee charged in full (100%) at disbursement

Cashback amounts will be calculated after request and fee validation.

6. RESTRICTIONS

The following will not be considered:

• Requests submitted before or after the Campaign Period
• Requests rejected or not disbursed
• Requests identified as fraudulent or abusive
• Participants who have another Quick/Paycheck Advance campaign or promotion active at the same time.

Ontop reserves the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of attempting to manipulate or abuse the Campaign.

7. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

Ontop reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time
• Adjust the cashback percentage or other reward conditions

Any modifications will not affect requests already disbursed and validated in compliance with these Terms.

8. PERSONAL DATA

Participation in this Campaign implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with Ontop's Privacy Policy.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Participation in this Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Ontop's General Terms and Conditions.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

10.1 Validity

The Campaign will be valid only during the Campaign Period defined in these Terms.

10.2 Fraudulent Activity

Ontop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign and block a Participant's account if fraud or unlawful action is detected.

10.3 Eligibility

Ontop reserves the right to modify eligibility conditions or cancel the Campaign at any time at its sole discretion.

10.4 Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Campaign, Participants agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims arising from participation in the Campaign. Ontop is not responsible for technical failures or system issues that may result in incomplete transactions or uncredited cashback.

10.5 Governing Documents

Please refer to the Ontop Platform Terms, including the Client General Terms and Conditions, Worker General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Ontop Card Terms of Service, which govern matters not covered in these Terms.

10.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.

10.7 Tax Implications

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or expenses associated with the cashback rewards.

10.8 Data Privacy

By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of personal information as described in Ontop's Privacy Policy.
