These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) regulate the “Ontop Card - 30% Cashback Raffle” campaign (this “Campaign”). Through the Campaign, Ontop Card holders may be eligible to participate in a raffle for a Cashback bonus based on their purchases during the Campaign Period (as defined below).

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period” means the period between Sunday, September 15, 2024, 12:00 am (GMT-5) and Tuesday, October 15, 2024, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 “Ontop Card” means a digital prepaid card that Contractors can acquire through the Ontop Platform and top up by using their Ontop Global Wallet (as defined below) balance.

‍

1.3 “Ontop Global Wallet” or simply “Wallet” means the e-wallet account accessible to Contractors registered on the Ontop Platform that reflects the available balance from clients' payments, which can be held within the account or paid out through various payment methods.

‍1.4 “Cashback” means bonuses credited to the Participant's Ontop Card and/or Wallet balance, depending on the total purchases made with the Ontop Card during the Campaign Period.

2. CAMPAIGN  RULES:

2.1 This Campaign applies to Ontop Card holders (“Participants”), who make one or more purchases during the Campaign Period that meet or exceed the minimum amount indicated in the Campaign communication.

2.2 Participants who meet or exceed the minimum spending requirement will automatically qualify to participate in a raffle for a 30% Cashback based on the initial goal communicated to them.

2.3 The 30% Cashback will be calculated based on the accumulated spending amount during the Campaign Period, subject to a cap, which will be communicated to Participants in the Campaign details.

2.4 Only Participants who accumulate the required spending amount during the Campaign Period are eligible for the raffle.

‍

2.5 Cashback Award: Winners of the raffle will receive 30% Cashback credited to their Ontop Card or Wallet balance.

‍

2.6 Credit to Ontop Card: Cashback will be credited to the Participant’s Ontop Card balance within fifteen (15) calendar days after the end of the Campaign Period.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

3.1 The Campaign will be valid throughout the Campaign Period.

3.2 Ontop reserves the right to cancel the Campaign and block a Participant’s account if it determines any fraud or unlawful activity aimed at obtaining Cashback benefits.

3.3 Ontop reserves the right to modify the eligibility conditions for this Campaign or cancel the Campaign at any time at its sole discretion.

3.4 Ontop may modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.

3.5 Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as the Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), for any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.
