These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Ontop Card – “Golden Swipe” Campaign (the “Campaign”).

During the Campaign Period, eligible Ontop users who purchase airline tickets and/or book hotels using their Ontop Card and successfully upload proof of purchase through the official Campaign submission link shared by Ontop may receive 1% cashback and automatically enter a raffle for the opportunity to receive reimbursement of up to 100% of their validated travel purchases, capped at $2,000 USD.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period”

Means the period between May 18, 2026, at 12:00 am (GMT-5) and June 18, 2026, at 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 “Ontop Card”

Means the prepaid card, physical or digital, issued by Ontop and linked to the user’s Ontop Wallet.

1.3 “Eligible Travel Purchase”

Means a successfully completed purchase transaction made using the Participant’s Ontop Card during the Campaign Period for airline tickets, hotel reservations, or eligible travel accommodation services.

Participants may submit flight purchases only, hotel purchases only, or both flight and hotel purchases.

Only purchases made with the Ontop Card, uploaded through the official Campaign submission link, and successfully validated by Ontop will be considered eligible.

1.4 “Receipt Submission”

Means the successful completion of the official Campaign form provided by Ontop, including all required information and supporting documentation.

The submission form may request, among other information:

• Full name
• Registered email associated with the Participant’s Ontop account
• Country of residence
• Destination
• Total amount paid
• Flight receipt, if applicable
• Hotel receipt, if applicable

Only uploaded receipts and validated transactions will be considered for cashback and reimbursement.

1.5 “Participant(s)”

Means eligible Ontop users who complete an Eligible Travel Purchase during the Campaign Period, successfully submit valid proof of purchase through the official Campaign link, and comply with these Terms.

1.6 “1% Cashback”

Means the cashback reward equivalent to 1% of the validated Eligible Travel Purchase amount uploaded through the Campaign submission form.

1.7 “Golden Swipe Raffle”

Means the random promotional drawing conducted by Ontop after the Campaign Period, through which one eligible Participant may receive reimbursement of up to 100% of their validated uploaded travel purchases.

1.8 “Grand Prize”

Means reimbursement equivalent to up to 100% of the validated Eligible Travel Purchases uploaded by the selected winner through the official Campaign submission form, capped at a maximum total reimbursement of $2,000 USD.

2. CAMPAIGN ELIGIBILITY:

• To participate in the Campaign, users must meet all of the following conditions:
  • Have an active Ontop account in good standing.
  • Have an active and eligible Ontop Card.
  • Complete an Eligible Travel Purchase using their Ontop Card during the Campaign Period.
  • Upload valid proof of purchase through the official Campaign submission link shared by Ontop.
  • Provide all required information in the submission form.
  • Comply with Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions, Ontop Card Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
  Participation is limited to eligible users under Ontop’s campaign criteria.Purchases made with payment methods other than the Ontop Card are not eligible.Submissions made outside the official Campaign submission link will not be considered valid.

3. CAMPAIGN MECHANICS:

3.1 Eligible Purchases

From May 18, 2026, through June 18, 2026, Participants may purchase airline tickets, book hotels, or complete eligible travel accommodation purchases using their Ontop Card.

Participants may submit:

• Flight purchases only
• Hotel purchases only
• Both flight and hotel purchases

Only the receipts uploaded through the official Campaign submission form will be considered for cashback and potential reimbursement.

3.2 Mandatory Receipt Submission

To participate, Participants must upload their purchase information and proof of purchase through the official Campaign submission link shared by Ontop.

The submission form may request:

• Full name
• Registered email associated with Ontop
• Country of residence
• Destination
• Total amount paid
• Flight receipt, if applicable
• Hotel receipt, if applicable

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted is accurate, complete, and matches the transaction made with their Ontop Card.

Incomplete, illegible, duplicate, altered, or fraudulent submissions may be rejected at Ontop’s sole discretion.

If the same receipt is submitted more than once, only one (1) instance will be considered for validation. Duplicate submissions of the same receipt will be disregarded and will not generate additional cashback or raffle entries.

3.3 1% Cashback

Participants with a validated submission will receive 1% cashback on their validated Eligible Travel Purchase. The 1% cashback is granted once per validated purchase, regardless of the number of times a receipt is submitted.

Cashback is calculated exclusively based on the validated transaction amount uploaded and approved by Ontop.

The 1% cashback will be credited to the Participant’s Ontop account or Ontop Wallet within fifteen (15) business days following validation, subject to Ontop’s standard processing timelines.

3.4 Golden Swipe Raffle

Each eligible Participant with at least one validated Receipt Submission will automatically receive one raffle entry into the Golden Swipe Raffle.

After the Campaign Period, Ontop will randomly select one winner among eligible Participants.

The winner will be announced on June 19, 2026.

The selected winner may receive reimbursement equivalent to up to 100% of their validated uploaded travel purchases, capped at a maximum total reimbursement of $2,000 USD.

Only purchases made with the Ontop Card, uploaded through the official Campaign submission link, and validated by Ontop will be eligible for reimbursement.

4. PRIZE CALCULATION AND CREDITING:

• The 1% cashback will be calculated based on the total validated Eligible Travel Purchase amount uploaded through the official Campaign submission form.
• The Grand Prize reimbursement will be calculated based only on the validated receipts uploaded by the selected winner.
• If the selected winner uploads only a flight receipt, only the validated flight purchase may be reimbursed.
• If the selected winner uploads only a hotel receipt, only the validated hotel purchase may be reimbursed.
• If the selected winner uploads both flight and hotel receipts, both validated purchases may be reimbursed, subject to the $2,000 USD cap.
• The Grand Prize reimbursement will be credited to the winner’s Ontop account or Ontop Wallet within the timeframe communicated by Ontop after winner validation.
• Ontop may request additional documentation before crediting cashback or reimbursement.

5. RESTRICTIONS:

The Campaign does not apply to:

• Purchases made outside the Campaign Period
• Purchases made with cards or payment methods other than the Ontop Card
• Purchases not uploaded through the official Campaign submission link
• Submissions made after June 18, 2026, at 11:59 pm (GMT-5)
• Cash withdrawals
• Peer-to-peer transfers
• Bank transfers
• Non-travel-related purchases
• Canceled, refunded, disputed, reversed, or failed transactions‍
• Duplicate submissions of the same receipt (only one submission per receipt will be counted)

Only successfully completed, settled, uploaded, and validated transactions qualify.

Artificial transactions, self-payments, circular transactions, manipulated invoices, or attempts to abuse the Campaign are strictly prohibited.

Ontop reserves the right to:

• Reject invalid submissions
• Revoke cashback
• Disqualify Participants
• Select an alternate winner
• Recover any cashback or reimbursement credited in error or as a result of fraudulent activity

6.MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION:

Ontop reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Campaign at any time.

Ontop may adjust eligibility, validation requirements, cashback conditions, winner selection process, or reimbursement mechanics at its sole discretion.

Any changes will not affect cashback or prizes already validly earned and credited in compliance with these Terms prior to the change.

7. PERSONAL DATA:

Participation in this Campaign implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Campaign administration purposes, including eligibility validation, receipt review, transaction verification, cashback crediting, raffle execution, winner communication, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable requirements.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Ontop’s Privacy Policy.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

Participation in this Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms, Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions, Ontop Card Terms of Service, and Ontop’s Privacy Policy.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

9.1 Validity

The Campaign is valid only during the Campaign Period.

9.2 Winner Announcement

The winner of the Golden Swipe Raffle will be announced on June 19, 2026, through the communication channel determined by Ontop.

9.3 Fraudulent Activity

Ontop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or block participation and recover credited cashback or reimbursement in cases of fraud, abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

9.4 Eligibility Adjustments

Ontop may modify eligibility conditions, participation requirements, or validation criteria at its sole discretion.

9.5 Limitation of Liability

Ontop is not responsible for technical issues, failed uploads, network failures, payment declines, merchant errors, booking cancellations, third-party travel provider disputes, MCC misclassifications, or other third-party errors that affect a user’s ability to participate.

9.6 Governing Documents

Please refer to Ontop’s General Terms, Privacy Policy, and Ontop Card Terms of Service.

9.7 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

9.8 Tax Responsibility

Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from cashback or reimbursement received under this Campaign.
