The Ontop Discount Campaign is designed to promote hiring with Ontop by offering eligible participants a discounted rate during their initial months of hiring.

‍

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period” The period between Thursday, January 22, 2026, 8:00 am (GMT-5) , 8:00 am (GMT-5) and Wednesday, February 28, 2026, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

‍

1.2 “Ontop Discount” means a 20% discount applied to Ontop service fees for the first three (3) consecutive months of active hiring, granted to eligible Participants.

‍

1.3 “Ontop Balance” means the account credit associated with a Participant’s Ontop account.

‍

1.4 “Participant(s)” means new Ontop clients that meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2.1 of these Terms.

‍

2. CAMPAIGN  RULES:

2.1 To qualify for the Ontop Discount, Participants must meet all of the following conditions:

• Be a new Ontop client, with no prior Ontop account registration or billing history.
• Book and attend a demo with Ontop during the Campaign Period.
• Hire and onboard at least one worker through the Ontop platform.
• Run payroll for the onboarded worker(s) during each of the discounted months.

2.2 . DISCOUNT APPLICATION

• The 20% discount will be automatically applied to eligible Ontop service fees for the first three (3) months following the first successful payroll run.
• The discount is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If hiring is paused or payroll is not run in any of the three months, the discount for that month will not apply and will not roll over.

2.4 Limitations: This campaign cannot be combined with any other Ontop discounts, promotions, or incentives. The discount is limited to one (1) per company. Ontop reserves the right to withhold or revoke the discount in cases of fraud, abuse, or attempts to circumvent the campaign conditions.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

3.1 Validity: The Campaign will be valid only during the Campaign Period as defined in Section 1.1.

3.2 Fraudulent Activity. Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign and (b) to block a Participant’s account at any time if it is determined that fraud or unlawful action is taking place in order to gain additional cashback.

‍

3.3. Elegibility. Ontop reserves the right to modify the conditions of eligibility for this Campaign and/or to cancel the Campaign, at any time and at its sole discretion.

‍

3.4 Modification and Termination. Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.

3.4 Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from your participation. Ontop is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or other problems that may result in lost or incomplete transactions.

3.5 Governing Documents. Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as the Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.

3.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.

3.7 Tax Implications. Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees, charges, or expenses associated with the cashback rewards.

3.8 Data Privacy. By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
