These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the Ontop First Advance, On Us — Paycheck Advance Fee Cashback (the "Campaign"). Eligible new users (with no prior Paycheck Advance requests on record) who receive the campaign communication and submit their first request during the Campaign Period will have the standard fee charged in full (100%) at disbursement. A cashback equal to 100% of the fee paid, calculated on an advance amount of up to USD 1,000, will be credited to their Ontop Global Account on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Campaign Period"
Between Wednesday, August 12, 2026, 00:00 (UTC) and Monday, August 31, 2026, 11:59 pm (UTC).

1.2 "Paycheck Advance" (formerly "Quick")
The Ontop Earned Wage Access (EWA) product through which eligible Workers may request an advance on wages already earned, subject to Ontop's standard eligibility, risk, and disbursement rules.

1.3 "Eligible Request"
A Paycheck Advance request that is:

• The first request submitted during the Campaign Period by a new user — meaning a user with no prior Paycheck Advance requests on record whatsoever, with no exceptions
• Approved and disbursed in accordance with Ontop's standard Paycheck Advance eligibility and risk criteria
• Charged the standard fee in full (100%) at the moment of disbursement, with no discount applied at checkout
• The user may request an advance for any amount permitted under standard Paycheck Advance rules; however, the cashback is calculated only on the fee corresponding to the first USD 1,000 of the advance (see 1.5)

1.4 "Participant(s)"
Ontop users who:

• Are new Paycheck Advance users, defined as having zero prior requests on record
• Receive the initial campaign communication
• Submit their first Eligible Request during the Campaign Period
• Comply with these Terms

1.5 "Reward"
A cashback equal to 100% of the fee paid on the Participant's first Eligible Request, calculated on an advance amount of up to USD 1,000. If the requested advance exceeds USD 1,000, the Participant may still receive the full advance amount under standard rules, but the cashback is limited solely to the fee generated on the first USD 1,000; the fee corresponding to any excess is not refunded. It is credited on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, to the Participant's Ontop Global Account, as described in Section 3.

2. CAMPAIGN RULES

To qualify for the Reward, Participants must:

• Be new Paycheck Advance users (zero prior requests)
• Have an active Ontop account
• Have received the initial campaign communication
• Submit their first Eligible Request during the Campaign Period
• Have the request approved and disbursed under Ontop's standard Paycheck Advance terms
• Comply with Ontop's General Terms and Conditions and the Paycheck Advance terms
• Not be excluded under the condition in Section 6.1

The USD 1,000 cap applies exclusively to the cashback calculation on the first request; it does not limit the amount the user may request.

3. ENTRY MECHANICS

At the moment of disbursement, the Participant is charged 100% of the standard Paycheck Advance fee on the full advance amount — no discount is applied at checkout.

A cashback equal to 100% of the fee charged on the first USD 1,000 of the advance is credited to the Participant's Ontop Global Account on September 1, 2026.

This cashback applies once, on the Participant's first Eligible Request during the Campaign Period.

Requests submitted outside the Campaign Period will not qualify for the cashback.

4. REWARD DISTRIBUTION

Eligible Participants will automatically receive their cashback to their Ontop Global Account on September 1, 2026.

There are no special crediting dates outside the one indicated.

Ontop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each request and Participant before issuing the cashback.

The cashback is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for other benefits.

5. ELIGIBILITY AND VALIDATION

Only requests that meet the following criteria will be considered:

• First Paycheck Advance request submitted by users with zero prior requests, within the Campaign Period
• Approved and disbursed under standard risk/eligibility criteria
• Fee charged in full (100%) at disbursement
• Cashback calculated on the fee corresponding to the first USD 1,000 of the advance, regardless of the total amount requested
• Participant not excluded under Section 6.1

6. RESTRICTIONS

The following will not be considered:

• Requests submitted before or after the Campaign Period
• Requests rejected or not disbursed
• Requests identified as fraudulent or abusive
• Participants who have another Quick/Paycheck Advance campaign or promotion active at the same time
• Requests from users who are not new (i.e., have at least one prior Paycheck Advance request)
• Requests other than the new user's first request (the cashback applies only once)

6.1 Inactive Contract as of the Crediting Date
If, as of the cashback crediting date (September 1, 2026), the Participant does not have an active contract with Ontop and the advance corresponding to the Eligible Request has not yet been deducted/collected, the cashback will not be granted on that crediting date.

It is not necessary for the advance to have been paid or deducted in order to receive the cashback — this exclusion condition applies only when the Participant does not have an active contract as of the crediting date. If the Participant has an active contract, they receive the cashback regardless of the advance's repayment status.

Ontop reserves the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of attempting to manipulate or abuse the Campaign.

7. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

Ontop reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time
• Adjust the cashback percentage, the USD 1,000 cap, the crediting date, or other reward conditions

Any modifications will not affect requests already disbursed and validated in compliance with these Terms.

8. PERSONAL DATA

Participation in this Campaign implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with Ontop's Privacy Policy.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Participation in this Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Ontop's General Terms and Conditions.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

10.1 Validity — The Campaign will be valid only during the Campaign Period defined in these Terms.

10.2 Fraudulent Activity — Ontop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign and block a Participant's account if fraud or unlawful action is detected.

10.3 Eligibility — Ontop reserves the right to modify eligibility conditions or cancel the Campaign at any time at its sole discretion.

10.4 Limitation of Liability — By participating in the Campaign, Participants agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims arising from participation in the Campaign. Ontop is not responsible for technical failures or system issues that may result in incomplete transactions or uncredited cashback.

10.5 Governing Documents — Please refer to the Ontop Platform Terms, including the Client General Terms and Conditions, Worker General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Ontop Card Terms of Service, which govern matters not covered in these Terms.

10.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution — These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.

10.7 Tax Implications — Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or expenses associated with the cashback rewards.

10.8 Data Privacy — By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of personal information as described in Ontop's Privacy Policy.
