These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Ontop Platinum Card: Spin and Win campaign (the “Campaign”).

In the context of the launch of the new Ontop Platinum Card, eligible users who successfully issue their new card will have the opportunity to participate in a Spin & Win dynamic to unlock a reward applicable to a qualifying purchase made at the corresponding merchant, provided that the purchase is executed within the Campaign Period using their Ontop Platinum Card.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period” means the period starting on Thursday, January 5, 2026, 12:00 am (GMT-5) and ending on Thursday, February 5, 2026, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

Only purchases and redemptions made within this period will be considered valid for the Campaign.

1.2 “Ontop Platform” refers to the digital platform operated by Ontop through which users access financial services and card products.

1.3 “Ontop Platinum Card” refers to the prepaid Visa Platinum card issued by Ontop in physical or digital format.

1.4 “Spin & Win Page” refers to the official campaign landing page available at

https://ontopcardspinandwin.lovable.app/

1.5 “Reward(s)” refers to the promotional benefit randomly assigned to a Participant after spinning the wheel, as listed in Section 2.3.

1.6 “Participant(s)” means eligible Ontop users who successfully issue their Ontop Platinum Card, submit their data through the Spin & Win Page, and receive a reward.

2. CAMPAIGN  RULES:

2.1 Eligibility: To qualify for this Campaign, you must:

To participate in this Campaign, users must:

• Have successfully issued a new Ontop Platinum Card.
• Access the Campaign exclusively through the official Spin & Win Page.
• Complete the required form with their full name, registered Ontop email, and country.
• Perform a first eligible purchase using their Ontop Platinum Card.
• Comply with Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions.

Only one (1) participation per user is allowed.

2.2 Campaing Mechanism:

• After submitting their information, Participants will be able to spin the wheel once to receive a randomly assigned Reward.
• The assigned Reward will be automatically registered in Ontop’s system and linked to the Participant’s account.
• The qualifying purchase to redeem the Reward must be executed during the Campaign Period.
• To redeem the Reward, the Participant must perform a purchase at the corresponding merchant using their Ontop Platinum Card no later than February 5, 2026.
• The benefit will be delivered in the form of cashback credited to the Participant’s Ontop Wallet after validation.

2.3 Available Rewards

Participants may receive one (1) of the following Rewards:

• 75% off your first Uber ride
• 60% off your first Starbucks coffee
• 80% off your first App Store / Google Play purchase
• 30% cashback on your first Rappi order (max USD 5)
• 20% cashback on your next delivery (UberEats / Didi Food / PedidosYa)
• 50% off your next ChatGPT subscription payment
• 50% off your next YouTube Premium month
• 50% off your next HBO month
• 40% off your next Kindle book
• 30% off your next Audible credit
• 20% off your next Steam purchase
• 3% off your first fashion purchase (max USD 10)

After spinning the wheel, participants will be instantly assigned randomly one (1) of the of the previously listed Rewards. The cashback will be credited after completing a qualifying purchase at the corresponding merchant during the Campaign Period.

2.4 Cashback Delivery and Validation

• Rewards are not applied as instant discounts at checkout.
• Once the Participant completes a qualifying purchase within the Campaign Period, Ontop will validate the transaction.
• The corresponding cashback will be credited to the Participant’s Ontop Card within a maximum period of fifteen (15) calendar days after the official Campaign End Date, and whenever possible earlier.
• Cashback is non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If no qualifying purchase is made within the Campaign Period, the assigned Reward will be automatically forfeited without right to claim.

2.5 Restrictions

• Rewards apply only to the specific merchant and category assigned.
• Each Reward is valid for one (1) transaction only.
• Maximum cashback limits apply where stated.
• Rewards cannot be combined with other Ontop promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Ontop reserves the right to cancel any reward obtained through fraud, abuse, or manipulation.
  
• Only the first spin performed by a Participant will be considered valid. In the event that a Participant performs more than one (1) spin, regardless of the reason, only the Reward obtained from the first spin will be recognized and eligible for redemption. Any subsequent spins and associated rewards will be automatically void and will not generate any right to claim.

2.6 Personal Data

By submitting their information on the Spin & Win Page, Participants authorize Ontop to process their personal data for the sole purpose of operating this Campaign, in accordance with Ontop’s Privacy Policy.

2.7 Modification, Suspension, and Termination

Ontop reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time.
• Change available Rewards or mechanics without prior notice.
• Deny or withdraw Rewards in case of suspicious activity or violation of these Terms.

2.8 Acceptance of Terms

Participation in this Campaign implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions.

2.9 Expiration of Rewards

All Rewards not redeemed through a qualifying purchase before February 5, 2026, at 11:59 pm (GMT-5) will expire automatically, without any right to compensation, refund, or later claim.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

3.1 Validity: The Campaign will be valid only during the designated one-hour window communicated via push notifications and email.

3.2 Fraudulent Activity. Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign and (b) to block a Participant’s account at any time if it is determined that fraud or unlawful action is taking place in order to gain additional cashback.

3.3. Elegibility. Ontop reserves the right to modify the conditions of eligibility for this Campaign and/or to cancel the Campaign, at any time and at its sole discretion.

3.4 Modification and Termination. Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.

3.5 Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from your participation. Ontop is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or other problems that may result in lost or incomplete transactions.

3.6 Governing Documents. Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as the Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.

3.7 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.

3.8 Tax Implications. Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees, charges, or expenses associated with the cashback rewards.

3.9 Data Privacy. By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
