These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Ontop Streak – March Edition campaign (the “Campaign”).

Ontop Streak is a limited-time spending initiative designed to reward consistent Ontop Card usage during the Campaign Period. Participants who complete the required weekly transaction streak will unlock a Final Streak Reward, to be revealed after campaign validation.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period”

Means the period between March 2, 2026, at 12:00 am (GMT-5) and March 15, 2026, at 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 “Week 1”

Means the period between March 2, 2026, 12:00 am (GMT-5) and March 8, 2026, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.3 “Week 2”

Means the period between March 9, 2026, 12:00 am (GMT-5) and March 15, 2026, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.4 “Ontop Card”

Means the prepaid card (digital or physical) issued by Ontop and linked to the user’s Ontop Wallet.

1.5 “Eligible Transaction”

Means a transaction that:

• Is completed using the Ontop Card
• Has a minimum value of USD 5 per transaction
• Is successfully authorized and settled
• Is not refunded, reversed, disputed, or canceled

1.6 “Streak Completion”

Means completing three (3) Eligible Transactions in Week 1 and three (3) Eligible Transactions in Week 2.

1.7 “Final Streak Reward”

Means the end-of-campaign benefit granted to Participants who successfully achieve Streak Completion. The nature, value, and format of the reward will be determined by Ontop after campaign validation.

1.8 “Participant(s)”

Means Ontop users who complete at least one Eligible Transaction during the Campaign Period and comply with these Terms.

2. CAMPAIGN  ELIGIBILITY:

To participate in the Campaign, users must:

• Have an active Ontop account
• Have an active Ontop Card
• Complete Eligible Transactions during the Campaign Period
• Comply with Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions

No opt-in or registration is required.

3. STREAK MECHANICS:

• Participants must complete three (3) Eligible Transactions during Week 1.
• Participants must complete three (3) Eligible Transactions during Week 2.
• Transactions cannot be carried over between weeks.
• Completing three transactions in one week does not compensate for missing transactions in the other week.
• Only transactions meeting the minimum USD 5 requirement qualify.

Failure to meet the transaction requirement in either week results in the streak being considered incomplete.

4. VALIDATION AND REVIEW:

• All transactions are subject to review by Ontop’s data and risk teams.
• Only settled transactions completed within their corresponding week will be considered valid.
• Refunded, reversed, disputed, or fraudulent transactions are excluded.
• Ontop reserves the right to disqualify Participants engaging in artificial transaction behavior or abuse.

5. FINAL STREAK REWARD:

• Participants who achieve Streak Completion will unlock the Final Streak Reward.
• The Final Streak Reward will be revealed after campaign validation.
• The reward may consist of cashback, a fixed monetary amount, credits, discounts, or other promotional benefits, at Ontop’s sole discretion.
• The reward will be credited to the Participant’s Ontop Wallet within fifteen (15) days following the end of the campaign period and subsequent validation.
• The reward is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated by Ontop.

6. RESTRICTIONS:

Only transactions completed between March 2 and March 15, 2026, qualify.

• Transactions below USD 5 do not count toward the streak.
• Multiple small transactions designed to artificially meet the threshold may be excluded.
• The Campaign cannot be combined with other streak-based promotions unless explicitly stated.

7. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION:

Ontop reserves the right to:

• Modify or suspend the Campaign
• Adjust validation criteria
• Determine the nature and value of the Final Streak Reward

Any modifications will not affect transactions already completed in compliance with these Terms.

8. PERSONAL DATA:

Participation in this Campaign implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with Ontop’s Privacy Policy.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

Participation in this Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

10.1 Validity: The Campaign will be valid only during the Campaign Period as defined in Section 1.1.

‍

10.2 Fraudulent Activity. Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign and (b) to block a Participant’s account at any time if it is determined that fraud or unlawful action is taking place in order to gain additional cashback.

10.3. Elegibility. Ontop reserves the right to modify the conditions of eligibility for this Campaign and/or to cancel the Campaign, at any time and at its sole discretion.

10.4 Modification and Termination. Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.

10.4 Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from your participation. Ontop is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or other problems that may result in lost or incomplete transactions.

10.5 Governing Documents. Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as the Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.

10.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.

10.7 Tax Implications. Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees, charges, or expenses associated with the cashback rewards.

10.8 Data Privacy. By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
