These terms and conditions (“Terms”) regulate the “Ontop takes you to the BogotaEats Food Festival!” (the “Campaign”). Through the Campaign, selected workers who meet the eligibility criteria (as defined below) will receive a $5 USD top-up to their Ontop Card balance for use during the Campaign Period.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period” means the period between 12:00 am (GMT-5) on Friday, September 6, 2024, and 11:59 pm (GMT-5) on Sunday, September 15, 2024.

1.2 “Ontop Card” means a physical prepaid card that eligible workers can use for purchases, top up with their Ontop Global Wallet balance, and participate in this Campaign.

‍

1.3 “Ontop Global Wallet” or simply “Wallet” means the e-wallet account accessible to workers registered on the Ontop Platform, which reflects their available balance and can be used to fund their Ontop Card or be paid out through various payment methods.

2. CAMPAIGN  RULES:

2.1 Workers who meet all of the following criteria are eligible to participate in this Campaign (“Participant(s)”):

- Reside in Bogotá, Colombia;

- Have an Ontop Card; and

- Received the communication to join this Campaign.

‍2.2 Eligible Participants will receive a $5 USD top-up to their Ontop Card balance, which will be available for use starting September 6, 2024. The top-up will be valid through the Campaign Period, until September 15, 2024.

2.3 Ontop reserves the right to choose the participants of this Campaign. Selected participants will be notified via email, welcoming them to the Campaign.

2.4 The top-up is personal and non-transferable. Please note that the $5 USD top-up may be considered a gift in your country of tax residency and therefore may be subject to tax payments or declarations.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

3.1 The Campaign will be valid throughout the Campaign Period.

3.2 Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel the Campaign and (b) to block a Participant’s account at any time if it is determined that fraud or unlawful action is taking place in order to obtain the top-up benefits.

3.3 Ontop reserves the right to modify the conditions of eligibility for this Campaign and/or to cancel the Campaign, at any time and at its sole discretion.

‍

3.4 Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.

3.5 Please refer to our B2C General Terms and Conditions, Ontop Worker Wallet Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which will govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms in these Terms that are not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.
