The Reactivation Funding Strategy (the “Program”) begins on October 12, 2026, and ends on December 31, 2026 (the “Program Period”), unless extended or terminated earlier by Ontop in accordance with these Terms.These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms” or “T&Cs”) apply to eligible former Ontop remote workers participating in the Reactivation Funding Strategy (the “Program”) operated by Ontop Holdings Inc. (“Ontop”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Only qualifying payments received and successfully verified during the Promotion Period will be eligible for rewards, subject to the three-month reward structure described below.
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms” or “T&Cs”) apply to eligible former Ontop Remote workers participating in the Promotion operated by Ontop Holdings Inc. (“Ontop”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Ontop’s applicable General Terms and Conditions.
The Promotion is designed to encourage eligible former Ontop Remote Workers (“Ex-Remote Workers”) to continue using the Ontop ecosystem by opening or activating an Ontop Personal Account and receiving payments from independent third-party clients, companies, or supported external payment platforms.
Eligible participants may receive a percentage-based bonus on qualifying monthly payments, subject to the applicable minimum payment threshold, monthly reward cap, and verification requirements.
The Promotion provides a progressive bonus over three qualifying months, as described in Section 3.
Participation does not establish or reinstate any employment, contractor, or other service relationship with Ontop or any former client.

Ontop reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject or remove participants who fail to satisfy these requirements, subject to applicable law.
Eligible participants may receive a progressive bonus calculated on the total amount of qualifying payments received during each applicable qualifying month, as follows:
To qualify for the applicable monthly bonus, participants must receive at least USD 1,500 in qualifying payments during the relevant qualifying month.
The minimum threshold may be satisfied through one or multiple eligible payments received during that month.
If the total amount of qualifying payments is less than USD 1,500, no bonus will be payable for that month.
The applicable bonus will be calculated by multiplying the total amount of qualifying payments received during the relevant qualifying month by the corresponding bonus percentage.
In all cases, the maximum bonus payable is USD 300 per qualifying month.
The maximum aggregate bonus available under this Promotion is USD 300 per participant, subject to successful completion of all applicable requirements.
For purposes of this Program, the first qualifying month begins on the date the participant receives the official Program communication via email or the Promotion is made available to them through the Ontop app, whichever occurs first.
The second and third qualifying months will follow consecutively.
Each qualifying month will be assessed independently based on the qualifying payments received during that period.
Failure to meet the minimum payment threshold in any qualifying month will result in no bonus for that month and will not automatically extend, restart, or postpone the three-month reward period.
Participants may receive a maximum of one monthly bonus for each of the three qualifying months.
Rewards are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other benefits.
Each eligible participant may participate in the Promotion only once.
Rewards cannot be duplicated, combined, or claimed multiple times for the same qualifying payments.
Taxes. Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, or other governmental charges arising from the receipt or use of rewards, to the extent applicable under relevant law.
To qualify for the Promotion, participants must receive legitimate external payments into their eligible Ontop Personal Account.

Payments received from supported external payment platforms may qualify, provided that the participant can demonstrate the legitimate origin of the funds and Ontop can successfully validate the transaction.
The following transactions will not qualify:
Ontop may exclude transactions that do not represent genuine third-party payments or that appear intended primarily to generate promotional rewards.
All qualifying payments and corresponding rewards are subject to verification and approval by Ontop.
Ontop will verify eligible transactions through its internal systems to confirm compliance with the Program's eligibility requirements, including the payment amount, origin, completion status, and applicable qualifying period.
Participants are not required to submit supporting documentation to receive their rewards. However, Ontop reserves the right to request additional information or documentation when reasonably necessary for verification or compliance purposes.
Only successfully completed and validated transactions will be considered for bonus calculations.
Ontop reserves the right to withhold, deny, reverse, or cancel any reward in cases of suspected fraud, suspicious activity, inaccurate information, or failure to comply with these Terms.
6. Reward Payout 💳
Following successful verification and approval of the applicable qualifying payments, the corresponding bonus will be credited to the participant's ONTOP PERSONAL ACCOUNT within five (5) business days.
The five-business-day period begins once Ontop has received all required documentation and successfully completed its verification process.
Rewards will be denominated in USD or the corresponding USD-denominated balance supported by Ontop, as applicable.
Ontop reserves the right to delay, withhold, deny, or reverse a reward where reasonably necessary due to:
Any reward previously credited in error may be adjusted or recovered, subject to applicable law.
The Promotion is available only in jurisdictions where the relevant Ontop Personal Account, payment receipt functionality, and applicable reward mechanisms are legally and operationally supported.
Availability may depend on the participant's country of residence, account status, identity verification, applicable regulatory requirements, and Ontop's internal compliance and risk policies.
Certain countries, payment methods, currencies, or transaction types may be restricted or excluded.
Participation in the Promotion does not guarantee access to any particular Ontop product, service, payment method, or card feature.
Participation in the Promotion is subject to Ontop Global Account Terms and Conditions, Client General Terms And Conditions. and Remote Workers General Terms and Conditions.
Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in these Terms will have the meanings assigned to them in the applicable Participant T&Cs.
In the event of a conflict regarding the specific promotional rewards, these Terms will govern the Promotion, without superseding any mandatory regulatory, compliance, or product-related restrictions.
Ontop's Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, use, retention, and disclosure of participants' personal data in connection with the Promotion.
Personal data may be processed to verify eligibility, validate qualifying transactions, calculate and deliver rewards, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Participation is subject to Ontop's applicable anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, sanctions, fraud prevention, and compliance policies.
Ontop may request additional information or documentation to comply with these requirements.
The Promotion will remain available until December 31, 2026, unless extended, suspended, modified, or terminated earlier in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
Ontop reserves the right to modify, pause, limit, extend, or terminate the Promotion, subject to applicable law and any required notice.
No new qualifying payments will be eligible after the Promotion Period ends.
The expiration or termination of the Promotion will not, by itself, invalidate rewards properly earned through qualifying activities completed before its expiration or termination. Such rewards remain subject to verification and these Terms.
Ontop may update these Terms from time to time, subject to applicable law.
Material changes may be communicated through Ontop's official channels, including email, in-app notifications, or publication on its website.
Changes will become effective upon publication or on the date specified in the applicable notice, subject to applicable law.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Subject to applicable mandatory law, the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, will have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.
Participants agree to receive communications relating to the Promotion electronically, including through email, in-app notifications, and other official Ontop channels.
Such communications will satisfy applicable written notice requirements to the extent permitted by law.
Participation in the Promotion does not guarantee that any participant will receive a particular amount of payments or promotional rewards.
All bonuses depend on actual qualifying payment activity and satisfaction of the applicable eligibility and verification requirements.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Ontop and the participant regarding the Promotion and do not replace the agreements governing the underlying Ontop products or services.
By participating in the Promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
