These terms and conditions (these "Terms") govern the Reserve Meets Quick Campaign (this "Campaign"). During the Campaign, eligible Ontop users who either request a Quick advance or subscribe to the Reserve plan will receive a $5 USD cashback credited to their Ontop Card.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 "Campaign Period" means the period between Monday, August 17th, 2026, 12:00 am (GMT-5) and Tuesday, August 25th, 2026, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).
1.2 "Ontop Card" refers to the prepaid card (physical or digital) that users can acquire through the Ontop Platform and top up using their Ontop Global Wallet balance.
1.3 "Ontop Worker Wallet" or "Worker Wallet" means the e-wallet account accessible to Contractors registered on the Ontop Platform that reflects the available balance of payments from the clients to whom the Contractors provide services, which can be held within the account balance and/or paid out to the independent contractor through various payment methods.
1.4 "Reserve Plan" refers to the premium monthly or annual plan offered by Ontop, which grants users access to exclusive perks, benefits, and enhanced cashback rates.
1.5 "Quick" refers to the Ontop feature that allows eligible Contractors to request an advance on their available or expected Worker Wallet balance, subject to Ontop's applicable eligibility criteria and fees.
1.6 "Qualifying Action" means, during the Campaign Period, either (a) successfully requesting a Quick advance, or (b) subscribing to the Reserve Plan.
1.7 "Cashback" means the bonus amount credited back to the Participant's Ontop Card for completing a Qualifying Action during the Campaign Period.
1.8 "Quick Fee" means the fee charged by Ontop to a Contractor for each Quick advance requested through the Ontop Platform.
1.9 "Participant(s)" means eligible Ontop users who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2.1.
2. CAMPAIGN RULES
2.1 Eligibility. To qualify for this Campaign, you must:
2.2 Cashback Offer. Eligible Participants who complete a Qualifying Action during the Campaign Period will receive a $5 USD cashback credited to their Ontop Card.
2.3 Cashback Calculation and Limits.
2.4 Reserve Quick Fee Benefit. Participants with an active Reserve Plan subscription will additionally receive the following benefits on their Quick advances:
This benefit is tied to the Reserve Plan and continues for active Reserve subscribers beyond the Campaign Period, subject to the terms of the Reserve Plan.
2.5 Cashback Crediting. The cashback amount will be credited to the Participant's Ontop Card within thirty (30) days following the end of the Campaign Period. The cashback is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.
3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN
3.1 Validity. The Campaign will be valid only during the Campaign Period as defined in Section 1.1.
3.2 Fraudulent Activity. Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign and (b) to block a Participant's account at any time if it is determined that fraud or unlawful action is taking place in order to gain additional cashback.
3.3 Eligibility. Ontop reserves the right to modify the conditions of eligibility for this Campaign and/or to cancel the Campaign, at any time and at its sole discretion.
3.4 Modification and Termination. Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.
3.5 Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from your participation. Ontop is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or other problems that may result in lost or incomplete transactions.
3.6 Governing Documents. Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as the Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the "Ontop Platform Terms"), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.
3.7 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.
3.8 Tax Implications. Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees, charges, or expenses associated with the cashback rewards.
3.9 Data Privacy. By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
