St. Valentines - Weekend Cashback Terms and Conditions

Campaign Begins: Friday, February 13, 2026, 12:00 am (GMT-5)

Campaign Ends: Sunday, February 15, 2026, 11:59 pm (GMT-5)

These Terms and Conditions (the β€œTerms”) govern the Ontop Card – Restaurant Weekend Cashback campaign (the β€œCampaign”).

During the Campaign Period, eligible Ontop users will receive additional cashback on restaurant-related purchases made with their Ontop Card, encouraging dining out during the holiday weekend.

1. DEFINITIONS:
1.1 β€œCampaign Period”

Means the period between February 13, 2026, at 12:00 am (GMT-5) and February 15, 2026, at 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 β€œOntop Card”

Means the prepaid card (physical or digital) issued by Ontop and linked to the user’s Ontop Wallet.

1.3 β€œEligible Merchant Categories”

Means transactions correctly classified under the following Merchant Category Codes (MCCs):

  • Restaurants
  • Fast Food Restaurants
  • Bakeries

Only transactions classified under these MCCs are eligible for the Campaign.

1.4 β€œReserve Plan”

Means Ontop’s paid subscription plan that provides enhanced cashback benefits, including 5% cashback on restaurant-related purchases, subject to applicable plan conditions.

1.5 β€œCampaign Cashback”

Means the additional 2% cashback granted under this Campaign, credited after the Campaign Period, subject to a maximum cap of USD 8 per Worker for the duration of the Campaign. For Subscribers enrolled in the Reserve Plan, such USD 8 cap applies solely to the additional 2% cashback granted under this Campaign and does not affect, limit, or modify the cashback benefits otherwise available under the Reserve Plan, including the applicable cashback cap and the 5% cashback on restaurant transactions.

1.6 β€œParticipant(s)”

Means Ontop users who complete at least one eligible Ontop Card transaction during the Campaign Period and comply with these Terms.

2. CAMPAIGN  RULES:

To participate in the Campaign, users must:

  • Have an active Ontop account
  • Have an active Ontop Card
  • Complete at least one eligible transaction in an Eligible Merchant Category during the Campaign Period
  • Comply with Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions

No registration or opt-in is required.

3. CASHBACK MECHANICS
3.1 Non-Reserve Users
  • Users without an active subscription plan will receive 2% Campaign Cashback on eligible restaurant purchases made during the Campaign Period.
  • The Campaign Cashback will be credited after the Campaign ends, following transaction validation.
3.2 Reserve Users
  • Users with an active Reserve Plan will continue to receive the standard 5% cashback on eligible restaurant purchases, credited automatically according to their subscription benefits.
  • In addition, during the Campaign Period, Reserve users will receive an extra 2% Campaign Cashback, for a total effective cashback of 7% on eligible restaurant purchases.
  • The additional 2% Campaign Cashback will be credited after the Campaign ends, following transaction validation.
  • This Campaign does not modify, replace, or permanently increase the standard cashback benefits of the Reserve Plan.

4. CASHBACK CALCULATION AND CREDITING
  • Cashback is calculated based on the settled amount of eligible transactions.
  • Only transactions successfully completed during the Campaign Period and correctly classified under Eligible Merchant Categories qualify.
  • Standard Reserve cashback (5%) is credited according to the usual Reserve Plan timelines.
  • Campaign Cashback (2%), applicable to both Reserve and non-Reserve users, will be credited to the Participant’s Ontop Wallet after the Campaign ends, following validation.
  • Cashback crediting will follow Ontop’s standard post-campaign processing timelines.
  • Cashback is non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and may not be exchanged for cash.

5. RESTRICTIONS
  • Reversed, refunded, disputed, or canceled transactions are excluded.
  • Transactions incorrectly categorized under MCCs outside the Eligible Merchant Categories will not qualify.
  • The Campaign cannot be combined with other restaurant-specific cashback promotions unless explicitly stated.
  • Ontop reserves the right to exclude transactions associated with fraud, abuse, or misuse.

6. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

Ontop reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time
  • Adjust eligibility, validation, or cashback calculation criteria

Any changes will not affect transactions already completed in compliance with these Terms.

7. PERSONAL DATA

Participation in this Campaign implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with Ontop’s Privacy Policy.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Participation in this Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

9.1 Validity: The Campaign will be valid only during the designated one-hour window communicated via push notifications and email.

9.2 Fraudulent Activity. Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign and (b) to block a Participant’s account at any time if it is determined that fraud or unlawful action is taking place in order to gain additional cashback.

9.3. Elegibility. Ontop reserves the right to modify the conditions of eligibility for this Campaign and/or to cancel the Campaign, at any time and at its sole discretion.

‍9.4 Modification and Termination. Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.

‍9.4 Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from your participation. Ontop is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or other problems that may result in lost or incomplete transactions.

9.5 Governing Documents. Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as the Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the β€œOntop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.

‍9.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.

‍9.7 Tax Implications. Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees, charges, or expenses associated with the cashback rewards.

‍9.8 Data Privacy. By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
