These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the Future Fund Cashback campaign (the "Campaign"). Eligible Ontop users may participate in a promotional offer to receive 3% cashback (up to a USD 30 cap) by depositing funds into their Future Fund during the Campaign Period and maintaining the deposit for the required holding period.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 "Campaign Period"

Means the period between July 20, 2026, at 12:00 am (GMT-5) and July 31, 2026, at 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 "Future Fund"

Means the Future Fund Service, a voluntary loan arrangement through which Workers may choose to temporarily loan funds to Ontop in exchange for Rewards. By using the Service, Participants understand and agree that they are loaning funds to Ontop, entirely at their discretion, and that upon doing so, Ontop may use, pledge, on-lend, or otherwise dispose of loaned funds in its discretion, including entering into agreements with third-party partners. Participants do not retain any property or custodial interest in funds while they are in the Pocket.

1.3 "Eligible Deposit"

Means a deposit made into the Future Fund that is:

• Made during the Campaign Period (i.e., from the moment the Participant receives the initial campaign communication through July 31, 2026, 11:59 pm GMT-5)
• Held in the Future Fund for a minimum of one (1) full week (7 calendar days) from the moment of deposit, where the balance held in Future Fund at the end of that 7-day period is equal to or greater than the amount of the initial Eligible Deposit (e.g., if the initial deposit is USD 1,000, the Participant's Future Fund balance must still be at least USD 1,000 seven days later). Partial or full withdrawals that bring the balance below the initial deposit amount before completing the 7-day period disqualify the deposit

1.4 "Participant(s)"

Means Ontop users who:

• Receive the initial campaign notification/communication
• Make one Eligible Deposit into their Future Fund during the Campaign Period
• Comply with these Terms

1.5 "Reward"

Means an amount equal to 3% of the Eligible Deposit, up to a maximum of USD 30, awarded to Participants who comply with the requirements set out in these Terms. If a Participant makes multiple deposits during the Campaign Period, the Reward will be calculated only on the first deposit that completes the required 1-week holding period; subsequent deposits will not generate an additional Reward.

2. CAMPAIGN RULES:

• To qualify for the Reward, Participants must:
  • Have an active Ontop account
  • Have received the initial campaign communication
  • Make an Eligible Deposit into Future Fund during the Campaign Period
  • Keep a Future Fund balance equal to or greater than their initial Eligible Deposit for at least one (1) full week (7 calendar days) from the moment of deposit
  • Comply with Ontop's General Terms and Conditions and the Future Fund terms

3. ENTRY MECHANICS:

The promotion applies only to eligible Ontop users who receive the campaign communication. To participate, users must make a deposit into Future Fund at any point between receiving the initial communication and July 31, 2026, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

Cashback will be calculated as follows:

• Participants will receive 3% cashback on the amount of their Eligible Deposit
• Cashback is capped at USD 30 per user
• Only a deposit whose amount remains held in Future Fund (balance equal to or greater than the initial deposit) for a minimum of one (1) full week (7 calendar days) will be considered for cashback calculation
• The benefit applies once per Participant, based only on the first deposit that completes the full 1-week holding period. If a Participant makes several deposits during the Campaign Period, only the first one that meets the 1-week requirement is eligible for the Reward

Deposits that do not meet the eligibility criteria, that are withdrawn (in whole or in part, below the initial deposit amount) before completing the 1-week holding period, or that occur outside the Campaign Period will not qualify for the promotion.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE DISTRIBUTION:

• Eligible Participants will receive their 3% cashback (up to a USD 30 cap) only after their Eligible Deposit has completed the full 1-week (7 calendar day) holding period in Future Fund, with the required balance maintained throughout.
• Cashback will be credited to the participant's Ontop Wallet on the first business day of August 2026, for all qualifying deposits that completed their 1-week holding period by that date.
• Deposits made on July 242026  and onwards (until the last day of the Campaign), will complete their 1-week holding period after the first business day of August 2026; the corresponding cashback for these deposits will be credited on the seventh business day of August 2026.
• The final settlement date is the seventh business day of August 2026, after which no additional deposits will be considered for this promotion.
• Ontop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each deposit and participant before issuing the cashback.
• The cashback reward is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for other benefits.

5. ELIGIBILITY AND VALIDATION:

Only deposits that meet the following criteria will be considered:

• Made within the Campaign Period
• Held in Future Fund, at an amount equal to or greater than the initial deposit, for a minimum of one (1) full week (7 calendar days)
• Not withdrawn (in whole or in part, below the initial deposit amount), reversed, or disputed before completing the holding period
• The first deposit, per Participant, that completes the 1-week holding period

Entries will be calculated after deposit validation.

6. RESTRICTIONS:

The following will not be considered:

• Deposits made before or after the Campaign Period
• Deposits withdrawn, in whole or in part, below the initial deposit amount, before completing the 1-week holding period in Future Fund
• Any deposit by a Participant beyond the first one that completes the 1-week holding period
• Deposits identified as fraudulent or abusive
• Participants who fail to complete any required registration step, if applicable

Ontop reserves the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of attempting to manipulate or abuse the Campaign.

7. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION:

Ontop reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time
• Adjust eligibility criteria or cashback conditions

Any modifications will not affect transactions already completed and validated in compliance with these Terms.

8. PERSONAL DATA:

Participation in this Campaign implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with Ontop's Privacy Policy.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

Participation in this Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Ontop's General Terms and Conditions.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

10.1 Validity

The Campaign will be valid only during the Campaign Period defined in these Terms.

10.2 Fraudulent Activity

Ontop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign and block a Participant's account if fraud or unlawful action is detected.

10.3 Eligibility

Ontop reserves the right to modify eligibility conditions or cancel the Campaign at any time at its sole discretion.

10.4 Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Campaign, Participants agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims arising from participation in the Campaign. Ontop is not responsible for technical failures or system issues that may result in incomplete transactions or uncredited cashback.

10.5 Governing Documents

Please refer to the Ontop Platform Terms, including the Client General Terms and Conditions, Worker General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Ontop Card Terms of Service, which govern matters not covered in these Terms.

10.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.

10.7 Tax Implications

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or expenses associated with the cashback rewards.

10.8 Data Privacy

By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of personal information as described in Ontop's Privacy Policy.
