These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) regulate the “Ontop Card - Wanderlust Plan Discount Campaign” (this “Campaign”). Through the Campaign, selected Ontop Cardholders will be eligible to receive a discount on their Wanderlust Plan subscription during the Campaign Period (as defined below).

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period” means the period between Wednesday, October 30, 2024, 12:00 am (GMT-5) and Thursday, October 31, 2024, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 “Ontop Card” means a digital or physical prepaid card that workers can acquire through the Ontop Platform and top up by using their Ontop Global Wallet balance.

‍

1.3 “Ontop Global Wallet” or simply “Wallet” means the e-wallet account accessible to workers registered on the Ontop Platform, which reflects their available balance and can be used to fund their Ontop Card or be paid out through various payment methods.

‍

1.4 “Wanderlust Plan”, means a subscription service offered by Ontop that provides cardholders with Cashback and other benefits based on their Ontop Card and/or Wallet spending.

2. CAMPAIGN  RULES:

2.1 This Campaign applies to ("Participants") the following individuals:

a. Workers who receive an email communication from Ontop confirming their participation in this Campaign; and

b. Ontop Cardholders who subscribe to the Wanderlust Plan before October 30, 2024.

2.2 Participants will be entitled to the following benefit:

- A 35% discount on the Wanderlust Plan subscription.

- Participants will be charged the full subscription price, and 35% of the amount paid will be refunded directly to their Ontop Wallet once it is verified that the subscription was made during the Campaign Period.

‍2.3 This Campaign cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

3.1 The Campaign will be valid throughout the Campaign Period.

3.2 Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign and (b) to block a Participant’s account at any time if it is determined that fraud or unlawful action is taking place in order to win the Prizes.

3.3 Ontop reserves the right to modify the conditions of eligibility for this Campaign and/or to cancel the Campaign, at any time and at its sole discretion.

3.4 Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.

3.5 Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees, charges, or expenses associated with the use of the discount.

3.6 Please refer to our B2C General Terms and Conditions, Ontop Worker Wallet Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which will govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms in these Terms that are not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.
