These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) regulate the “50K Running Challenge” (this “Campaign”). Through the Campaign, eligible independent contractors who utilize the Ontop Platform available at www.getontop.com (“Contractors”) and complete the challenge will be eligible to enter a prize draw.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period” means the period between Friday, November 1, 2024, 12:00 am (GMT-5) and Saturday, November 30, 2024, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 “Ontop Card” means a digital prepaid card that Contractors can acquire through the Ontop Platform and top up by using their Ontop Global Wallet balance.

‍

1.3 “Ontop Wallet” or simply “Wallet” means the e-wallet account that can be activated by Contractors registered on the Ontop Platform, reflecting the available balance of payments from clients.

‍

1.4 “Swetro” refers to the platform that tracks physical activities, including running, as part of the challenge.

2. CAMPAIGN  RULES:

2.1 Eligibility: To qualify as participants (“Participants”), Contractors must:

- Receive an email from Ontop confirming their participation in the Campaign;

- Have an active Ontop Card;

- Register and log their activity through the Ontop-Swetro platform.

2.2 Challenge Requirements: Participants must:

- a) Run a total of 50 kilometers during the Campaign Period.

- b) Complete three (3) transactions of at least $25 USD each using their Ontop Card during the Campaign Period.

2.3 Prize Draw: Participants who complete both requirements outlined in Section 2.2 will be eligible for a prize draw of $250 USD. The prize will be credited to the winner's Ontop Card within five (5) business days after the Campaign ends.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

3.1 The Campaign will be valid throughout the Campaign Period.

3.2 Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel the Campaign and (b) block a Participant’s account at any time if fraud or unlawful activity is detected.

‍

3.3 Ontop reserves the right to modify the eligibility conditions or cancel the Campaign at any time, at its sole discretion.

3.4 Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.

3.5 Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as the Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.

By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release and hold harmless Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Campaign.
