By participating in the Program, each Participant acknowledges and agrees to these Promotion Terms and, as applicable, the terms and conditions governing the relevant Ontop products and services, including Ontop's General Terms and Conditions and Global Account Terms and Conditions .
Program Begins: October 7, 2026, 12:00 AM Eastern Time
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the "iPhone 18 Raffle Week" promotion, part of the Ontop Growth Incentives initiative ("Program"), organized by Ontop ("us", "we", or "Ontop").
Through the Promotion, eligible new users referred through Strider may open an Ontop Global Account and receive complimentary access to selected Ontop Reserve premium benefits for thirty (30) calendar days, subject to these Terms.
By registering for or participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and the applicable Ontop terms and policies.
The Promotion begins on October 7, 2026 and will remain available until Ontop suspends or terminates it.
Ontop may modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, subject to applicable law. The termination of the Promotion will not affect a promotional period validly activated before the effective termination date, unless required for legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, security, provider, or operational reasons.
To participate in the Promotion, you must:
be at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction;
be a new Ontop user, meaning that you have not previously created, held, or used an Ontop Account, Global Account, Ontop Card (Visa), or Reserve subscription;
access the applicable Ontop landing page through the link made available by Strider and be attributed to the Strider campaign through the applicable referral link or UTM parameters;
provide complete, accurate, and current registration information;
reside in a jurisdiction where the relevant Ontop Global Account and Reserve features are available;
successfully complete all required onboarding, identity-verification, and compliance procedures, including KYC, AML, sanctions, fraud-prevention, and due-diligence checks; and
accept the applicable Ontop platform, Global Account, Ontop Card (Visa), Reserve, privacy, and service-provider terms.
Eligibility is limited to one Promotion per person. Ontop may use identity, contact, device, referral, payment, and account information to determine whether a person is a new user and to prevent duplicate participation.
Create your Global Account user using the same email address you provided in the landing-page form. Opening an account, submitting the landing-page form, or initiating identity verification does not guarantee account approval or eligibility for the Promotion.
The complimentary Reserve period will be activated only after:
the participant has successfully created an eligible Ontop Global Account;
all required identity-verification and compliance checks have been successfully completed;
the account has been approved and activated by Ontop and, where applicable, its regulated service providers; and
Ontop has validated the participant’s eligibility and attribution to the Strider campaign.
The complimentary access period begins on the date Ontop activates the promotional Reserve access and continues for thirty (30) consecutive calendar days.
Activation timing may vary depending on verification, regulatory, technical, or operational requirements. No cash payment, credit, or substitute will be provided for delays in activation.
During the complimentary period, eligible participants may receive access to the Reserve benefits displayed as available in their Ontop app or web account, which may include:
cashback of up to 10% on eligible purchases;
access to eligible lifestyle, travel, wellness, education, or similar benefits;
a discount of up to 50% on eligible international transfer fees; and
access to eligible Future Fund features and promotional Rewards on qualifying USD balances.
The precise benefits, categories, rates, merchants, transaction types, limits, reimbursement requirements, and availability may vary by participant, account type, country, payment method, Merchant Category Code, service provider, and applicable product terms.
Only benefits generated or used during the complimentary period qualify under the Promotion, unless Ontop expressly communicates otherwise.
“Up to 10% cashback” refers to the maximum cashback rate available for certain eligible transactions or merchant categories. Not every transaction will receive 10% cashback.
Cashback eligibility and rates may depend on factors including:
the merchant and its Merchant Category Code;
the purchase category;
the account or balance used to fund the transaction;
transaction completion and settlement;
applicable monthly caps; and
exclusions established in the Reserve or Card terms.
The current Reserve cashback cap is USD 200 per calendar month, unless Ontop communicates a different limit. Pending, reversed, refunded, canceled, fraudulent, cash-equivalent, or otherwise ineligible transactions do not qualify.
“Up to USD 4,000 in annual benefits” is an illustrative maximum estimate based on the potential aggregate value of selected Reserve benefits over a twelve-month period.
It does not represent:
a cash payment;
a guaranteed minimum value;
a promise that every participant will receive that amount; or
the value available during the thirty-day promotional period.
Actual value depends on eligibility, spending and usage, applicable caps, availability, reimbursement requirements, participating providers, and the terms governing each benefit. Certain benefits may require separate activation, supporting documentation, or acceptance of third-party terms.
Up to 5.25% annual growth” refers to the maximum annualized promotional Reward rate that may be made available for eligible USD balances allocated to an applicable Future Fund feature.
The advertised rate is annualized and does not represent the amount a participant will earn during the thirty-day promotional period. Actual Rewards will be calculated only for the period during which the participant maintains an eligible balance in the applicable Future Fund feature.
Access to Future Fund is optional and may require a separate opt-in and acceptance of the Future Fund Terms and Conditions. Eligibility, applicable rates, minimum and maximum balances, holding or lock-up periods, withdrawal conditions, and other requirements will be displayed through the Ontop Platform.
Future Fund Rewards are discretionary, variable, and not guaranteed. The applicable Reward rate may fluctuate, may be modified prospectively, and may be set to zero. Any advertised maximum rate does not constitute a promise or guarantee of a specific return.
Future Fund Rewards are not interest, investment returns, or consideration for the use of money. Future Fund is a separate product from Reserve and is governed by the Future Fund Terms and Conditions, including its applicable eligibility requirements, risk disclosures, and withdrawal conditions. Ontop does not provide investment, tax, or financial advice**.**
The advertised 50% discount applies only to eligible standard fees for qualifying international personal or third-party transfers identified by Ontop.
The discount:
is available only while the participant’s promotional Reserve access is active;
does not apply to fees charged by receiving banks, intermediary or correspondent banks, foreign-exchange providers, card networks, governments, or other third parties;
may not apply to every transfer method, currency, destination, or account; and
is subject to transaction limits, geographic availability, and the applicable payout terms.
The participant will be shown the applicable fees before confirming a transfer.
At the end of the thirty-day complimentary period:
the participant’s promotional Reserve access will end automatically;
the participant will return to the standard or base Ontop plan available for their account;
no Reserve subscription fee will be charged automatically; and
no paid annual Reserve commitment will be created solely as a result of participating in the Promotion.
If the participant wishes to continue using Reserve after the promotional period, they must affirmatively subscribe through the Ontop Platform and accept the price, billing model, annual commitment, and Reserve terms displayed at that time.
Benefits or transactions initiated during the promotional period but completed afterward may be processed under the rules and distribution cycles applicable to the relevant benefit. Unused promotional access has no cash value and will not be extended, transferred, refunded, or exchanged.
The expiration of the promotional Reserve period will not automatically close the participant’s Future Fund Account. Any funds allocated to Future Fund and any Rewards generated through it will continue to be governed by the Future Fund Terms and Conditions. After the promotional Reserve period ends, the participant will no longer be eligible for any enhanced Reserve Reward rate, unless otherwise communicated by Ontop.
The Promotion is available only where the relevant Ontop Global Account, Personal Account, Ontop Card, (Visa), Reserve, transfer, cashback, and Future Fund features are legally and operationally available.
Availability may depend on:
the participant’s country of residence, nationality, location, or account information;
Ontop’s internal eligibility and risk policies;
restrictions imposed by BVNK or other regulated institutions and service providers;
sanctions, AML, KYC, fraud-prevention, and due-diligence requirements;
local legal or regulatory restrictions; and
the availability of the relevant payment, card, transfer, or digital-asset infrastructure.
Not every Global Account feature is available in every country. Ontop or its service providers may reject, restrict, suspend, or terminate access if the participant is not eligible or does not successfully complete the required verification.
Unless Ontop expressly provides otherwise, this Promotion may be combined with separate incentives related to the use of the Ontop Global Account, including eligible account-usage or transaction incentives.
However:
the same transaction or activity may not receive duplicate benefits of the same type;
Reserve cashback rates or benefits applicable to the same transaction will not be added together;
each separate promotion remains subject to its own eligibility requirements and terms; and
Ontop may specify that a particular campaign, subscription discount, free trial, or benefit cannot be combined with this Promotion.
If two benefits apply to the same transaction and cannot be combined, Ontop may apply the highest eligible benefit or the benefit identified in the applicable campaign terms.
The Promotion and the Ontop products and benefits described in these Terms are offered and administered exclusively by Ontop.
Strider’s role is limited to promoting the Promotion and providing the link through which potential participants may access Ontop’s landing page. Strider:
does not provide the Ontop Global Account, Reserve, Card, transfer, cashback, Future Fund, or related services;
does not determine participant eligibility;
is not responsible for KYC, account approval, activation, transactions, fees, benefits, support, or claims relating to Ontop services; and
does not guarantee account approval or the availability or value of any Ontop benefit.
Questions or claims concerning the Promotion or any Ontop product must be directed to Ontop.
Ontop reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Campaign at any time.
Any modifications will not affect requests already disbursed and validated in compliance with these Terms
Participation in this Campaign implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Campaign administration purposes, including eligibility validation, receipt review, transaction verification, cashback crediting, raffle execution, winner communication, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable requirements.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with Ontop's Privacy Policy.
Participation in this Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms, Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions, Ontop Card (Visa) Terms of Service, and Ontop’s Privacy Policy.
The Campaign is valid only during the Campaign Period.
Ontop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or block participation and recover credited cashback or reimbursement in cases of fraud, abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
Ontop may modify eligibility conditions, participation requirements, or validation criteria at its sole discretion.
Ontop is not responsible for technical issues, failed uploads, network failures, payment declines, merchant errors, booking cancellations, third-party travel provider disputes, MCC misclassifications, or other third-party errors that affect a user’s ability to participate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from cashback or reimbursement received under this Campaign.
