Campaign Begins: Wednesday, November 4, 2026, 12:00 am (GMT-5)

Campaign Ends: Monday, November 30, 2026, 11:59 pm (GMT-5)

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Personal Account – Funding Cashback campaign (the “Campaign”). Eligible Ontop workers with an active payroll who fund their Ontop account with USD from external bank accounts during the Campaign Period may receive 10% cashback on their first eligible funding, up to a maximum of USD 200 per Participant.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 “Campaign Period” means the period between November 4, 2026, at 12:00 am (GMT-5) and November 30, 2026, at 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 “Ontop Account” means the personal account held by the user with Ontop, which may receive USD funding.

1.3 “Active Payroll” means that the worker is currently receiving payments through Ontop Payroll Account.

1.4 “External Funding” means a deposit of USD into the Participant’s Ontop Account from a bank account held in the Participant’s name at a financial institution other than Ontop.

1.5 “Eligible Funding” means an External Funding completed during the Campaign Period that is successfully settled and not pending, reversed, returned, or canceled.

1.6 “Participant(s)” means Ontop workers who meet the eligibility requirements and comply with these Terms.

2. CAMPAIGN RULES

To participate in the Campaign, users must:

• Have an active Ontop account
• Have an active payroll during the Campaign Period
• Have received the Campaign communication
• Have had no External Funding before the Campaign Period
• Make their first Eligible Funding during the Campaign Period
• Comply with Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions

3. ENTRY MECHANICS

3.1 Only External Funding into the Participant’s Ontop Account during the Campaign Period is eligible. Payroll payments do not count as Eligible Funding.

3.2 Participants receive 10% cashback on their first Eligible Funding only. Subsequent fundings do not qualify for cashback.

3.3 Cashback is capped at USD 200 per Participant.

3.4 Only the settled amount of the Eligible Funding will be considered for the cashback calculation.

4. REWARD DISTRIBUTION

4.1 Cashback will be credited to the Participant’s Ontop Account on December 1, 2026.

4.2 Ontop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each Participant and each funding before crediting any cashback.

4.3 Cashback is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

5. ELIGIBILITY AND VALIDATION

Only Eligible Funding completed during the Campaign Period will be considered. Eligibility will be validated based on the Participant’s payroll status, prior funding history, the origin of the funds, and the status of each transaction.

6. RESTRICTIONS

The following will not be considered:

• Payroll payments or any funding not originating from an external bank account
• Fundings made before or after the Campaign Period
• Pending, reversed, returned, refunded, canceled, or disputed fundings
• Participants with any External Funding before the Campaign Period
• Fundings identified as fraudulent or abusive, including transfers between accounts held by the same Participant that are intended to obtain cashback

Ontop reserves the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of attempting to manipulate or abuse the Campaign.

7. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

Ontop reserves the right to modify or suspend the Campaign, adjust validation criteria, or change eligibility conditions. Any modification will not affect cashback already earned in compliance with these Terms.

8. PERSONAL DATA

Participation in this Campaign implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with Ontop’s Privacy Policy.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Participation in this Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN

10.1 Validity: The Campaign is valid only during the Campaign Period.

10.2 Fraudulent Activity: Ontop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign and to block a Participant’s account if fraud or unlawful action is detected in order to obtain additional cashback.

10.3 Limitation of Liability: By participating, Participants agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims arising from participation in the Campaign. Ontop is not responsible for technical failures or system issues that may result in incomplete transactions.

10.4 Governing Documents: Please refer to the Ontop Platform Terms, including the Remote Worker General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the applicable Ontop Payroll Account terms, which govern matters not covered in these Terms.

10.5 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as outlined in the governing documents.

10.6 Tax Implications: Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or expenses associated with the cashback rewards.

10.7 Data Privacy: By participating in this Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of personal information as described in Ontop’s Privacy Policy.
