These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the Cashback Categoría Sorpresa (Surprise Category Cashback) campaign (the "Campaign"). Eligible Ontop users who receive the campaign communication may receive cashback on their first eligible purchase made with the Ontop Card, in a surprise category announced on the Friday before each Cashback Day, at a percentage determined by Ontop. Cashback applies only on the two designated Cashback Days: Saturday, September 5, 2026 and Saturday, September 26, 2026.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Campaign Period"
Means the period between September 4, 2026, at 12:00 am (GMT-5) and September 26, 2026, at 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 "Cashback Day(s)"
Means each of the two designated days on which cashback is available under this Campaign: Saturday, September 5, 2026 and Saturday, September 26, 2026, each running from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.3 "Announcement"
Means the communication sent by Ontop on the Friday immediately preceding each Cashback Day (September 4, 2026 and September 25, 2026), specifying the Eligible Category and the cashback percentage applicable to that Cashback Day.

1.4 "Ontop Card"
Means the prepaid card (physical or digital) issued by Ontop and linked to the user's Ontop Wallet.

1.5 "Eligible Category"
Means the merchant category designated by Ontop, at its sole discretion, and communicated in the Announcement for each Cashback Day. The Eligible Category may differ from one Cashback Day to the other.

1.6 "Eligible Transaction"
Means the Participant's first purchase made with the Ontop Card in the Eligible Category on the applicable Cashback Day that is:

• Successfully completed on the applicable Cashback Day
• Settled (not pending, reversed, or refunded)

Only the first purchase in the Eligible Category on a given Cashback Day will be considered; any subsequent purchase that day will not qualify.

1.7 "Participant(s)"
Means Ontop users who:

• Receive the campaign communication (the Announcement)
• Make one Eligible Transaction on a Cashback Day
• Comply with these Terms

1.8 "Reward"
Means cashback equal to the percentage communicated in the Announcement for the applicable Cashback Day, applied to the settled amount of the Participant's first Eligible Transaction in the Eligible Category on that Cashback Day, awarded to Participants who comply with these Terms.

2. CAMPAIGN RULES

To qualify for the Reward, Participants must:

• Have an active Ontop account
• Have an active Ontop Card
• Have received the campaign communication (the Announcement)
• Complete their first purchase with the Ontop Card in the Eligible Category on a Cashback Day
• Comply with Ontop's General Terms and Conditions

3. ENTRY MECHANICS

The promotion applies only to eligible Ontop users who receive the campaign communication. The Eligible Category and the cashback percentage are determined by Ontop, at its sole discretion, and are communicated in the Announcement sent on the Friday immediately preceding each Cashback Day.

To participate, users must complete a purchase with the Ontop Card in the Eligible Category on the applicable Cashback Day.

Cashback will be calculated as follows:

• Participants will receive cashback at the percentage communicated in the Announcement for that Cashback Day
• Cashback is calculated only on the settled amount of the first Eligible Transaction in the Eligible Category on that Cashback Day
• The benefit applies once per Participant per Cashback Day, based only on the first qualifying purchase of that day
• Only settled transactions will be considered

Transactions that do not meet the eligibility criteria, that fall outside the Eligible Category, or that occur outside a Cashback Day will not qualify for the promotion.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE DISTRIBUTION

Eligible Participants will receive their cashback after completing a qualifying Eligible Transaction on a Cashback Day, subject to validation.

Cashback for all qualifying transactions will be credited to the participant's Ontop Wallet 5 calendar days after the end of the Campaign Period, on October 1, 2026.

The final settlement date is October 1, 2026, after which no additional transactions will be considered for this promotion.

Ontop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each transaction and participant before issuing the cashback.

The cashback reward is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for other benefits.

5. ELIGIBILITY AND VALIDATION

Only transactions that meet the following criteria will be considered:

• Made by a Participant who received the campaign communication
• Completed in the Eligible Category on a Cashback Day
• The first purchase in the Eligible Category made by the Participant on that Cashback Day
• Settled and not pending
• Not reversed, refunded, or disputed

Entries will be calculated after transaction validation.

6. RESTRICTIONS

The following will not be considered:

• Transactions made by users who did not receive the campaign communication
• Transactions made outside a Cashback Day
• Transactions that fall outside the Eligible Category communicated for that Cashback Day
• Any purchase beyond the first Eligible Transaction made by a Participant on a given Cashback Day
• Pending, reversed, refunded, or canceled transactions
• Transactions identified as fraudulent or abusive

Ontop reserves the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of attempting to manipulate or abuse the Campaign.

7. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

Ontop reserves the right to:

• Modify or suspend the Campaign
• Determine, at its sole discretion, the Eligible Category and the cashback percentage applicable to each Cashback Day
• Adjust validation criteria

Any modifications will not affect transactions already completed in compliance with these Terms.

8. PERSONAL DATA

Participation in this Campaign implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with Ontop's Privacy Policy.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Participation in this Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Ontop's General Terms and Conditions.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN

10.1 Validity
The Campaign will be valid only during the Campaign Period defined in these Terms.

10.2 Fraudulent Activity
Ontop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign and block a Participant's account if fraud or unlawful action is detected in order to gain additional cashback.

10.3 Eligibility and Discretion
Ontop reserves the right to modify eligibility conditions or cancel the Campaign at any time at its sole discretion, and to determine the Eligible Category and cashback percentage applicable to each Cashback Day.

10.4 Modification and Termination
Ontop reserves the right to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon publication.

10.5 Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Campaign, Participants agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims arising from participation in the Campaign. Ontop is not responsible for technical failures or system issues that may result in incomplete transactions.

10.6 Governing Documents
Please refer to the Ontop Platform Terms, including the Client General Terms and Conditions, Worker General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Ontop Card Terms of Service, which govern matters not covered in these Terms.

10.7 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.

10.8 Tax Implications
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or expenses associated with the cashback rewards.

10.9 Data Privacy
By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of personal information as described in Ontop's Privacy Policy.
