3. CAMPAIGN MECHANICS
3.1 To receive the Refund, the Eligible Worker must:
(a) request the Qualifying Paycheck Advance during the Campaign Period; and
(b) reach the Spending Threshold with the Ontop Card by the Spending Deadline.
3.2 If both conditions are met, the Fee of the Qualifying Paycheck Advance is fully refunded, up to a maximum of USD 30. If the Fee exceeds USD 30, the Refund will be USD 30 and the worker will bear the remaining Fee.
3.3 The benefit applies only to the Qualifying Paycheck Advance. Any additional Paycheck Advance is charged the regular Fee.
3.4 The Refund applies only to the Fee. It does not reduce the amount of the Paycheck Advance.
3.5 Only purchases made with the Ontop Card count toward the Spending Threshold.
3.6 For example, a worker who requests a Paycheck Advance on November 20 and receives their next paycheck on November 25 must reach the Spending Threshold by November 25. A worker whose next paycheck arrives after November 30 must reach it by November 30.
4. REFUND PAYMENT
4.1 The Eligible Worker must pay the total Fee at the time of the request.
4.2 Ontop will credit the Refund to the workerβs Ontop Wallet on December 1, 2026.
4.3 The Refund is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
4.4 Ontop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each worker, each Paycheck Advance, and each transaction before crediting the Refund.
5. RESTRICTIONS
The following will not be considered:
Ontop reserves the right to disqualify any worker suspected of attempting to manipulate or abuse the Campaign.
6. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION
