Terms Holiday Leaderboard (Seasonal Challenge)

November 6, 2026

Campaign Begins: Thursday, November 19, 2026, 12:00 am (GMT-5)

Campaign Ends: Wednesday, December 23, 2026, 11:59 pm (GMT-5)

These Terms and Conditions (the β€œTerms”) govern the Holiday Leaderboard Seasonal Challenge (the β€œCampaign”). Eligible Ontop workers earn points by increasing their Ontop Card spending above their own Baseline during the Campaign Period and compete in a ranking for rewards, subject to these Terms.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 β€œCampaign Period” means the period between November 19, 2026, at 12:00 am (GMT-5) and December 23, 2026, at 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 β€œOntop Card” means the prepaid card (physical or digital) issued by Ontop and linked to the worker’s Ontop Wallet.

1.3 β€œHub” means the Card Milestones & Streaks hub, where the Campaign and the Leaderboard are displayed.

1.4 β€œQualifying Spending” means the total value of purchases made with the Ontop Card during the Campaign Period that are successfully completed and settled (not pending, reversed, refunded, canceled, or disputed).

1.5 β€œBaseline” means the highest total monthly spending the worker made with the Ontop Card in a single calendar month during the three (3) calendar months before the Campaign Period.

1.6 β€œPoints” means the points a worker earns for each full dollar of Qualifying Spending above the worker’s Baseline. One (1) dollar above the Baseline equals one (1) Point.

1.7 β€œPoint Value” means USD 0.01 per Point.

1.8 β€œLeaderboard” means the ranking of participating workers by accumulated Points, displayed in the Hub.

1.9 β€œPoints Reward” means the reward equal to a worker’s Points multiplied by the Point Value, as set out in Section 4.

1.10 β€œPodium Prize” means the fixed prize awarded to the workers ranked first, second, and third, as set out in Section 5.

1.11 β€œOntop Wallet” means the worker’s wallet in the Ontop platform.

  • . ELIGIBILITY

To participate, a worker must:

  • Have an active Ontop account
  • Be located in a country where the Ontop Card is available
  • Have an active Ontop Card during the Campaign Period
  • Comply with Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions

3. CAMPAIGN MECHANICS

3.1 Workers earn one (1) Point for each dollar of Qualifying Spending above their Baseline during the Campaign Period. Spending at or below the Baseline does not earn Points.

3.2 The Leaderboard is visible in the Hub and is updated in real time. The real-time Leaderboard is informational and may change after Ontop validates transactions. The final ranking is determined by Ontop after the Campaign Period ends.

3.3 Only Qualifying Spending completed during the Campaign Period counts.

3.4 In case of a tie in Points, the worker who reached that number of Points first will rank higher.

4. POINTS REWARD

4.1 The 100 workers with the highest accumulated Points at the end of the Campaign Period receive a Points Reward.

4.2 Only workers with a minimum of 500 accumulated Points qualify for a Points Reward.

4.3 The Points Reward equals the worker’s accumulated Points multiplied by the Point Value (for example, 10,000 Points equal USD 100).

4.4 The Points Reward is limited to a maximum of USD 100 per worker. Points above that limit do not receive additional rewards.

5. PODIUM PRIZES

5.1 The workers ranked in the top three (3) positions at the end of the Campaign Period receive a Podium Prize instead of a Points Reward:

  • First place: USD 800
  • Second place: USD 400
  • Third place: USD 200

5.2 Podium Prizes are not cumulative with the Points Reward. A worker who receives a Podium Prize does not receive a Points Reward.

5.3 Podium Prizes are fixed and do not depend on the number of Points accumulated.

6. REWARD DISTRIBUTION

6.1 Rewards are credited to the winning worker’s Ontop Wallet on December 24, 2026.

6.2 Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

6.3 Ontop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each worker and each transaction before crediting any reward.

7. RESTRICTIONS

The following will not be considered:

  • Transactions made before or after the Campaign Period
  • Pending, reversed, refunded, canceled, or disputed transactions
  • Transactions identified as fraudulent or abusive
  • Workers who do not have an active Ontop Card
  • Workers in countries where the Ontop Card is not available

Ontop reserves the right to disqualify any worker suspected of attempting to manipulate or abuse the Campaign, including artificially inflating spending or the Points.

8. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

Ontop reserves the right to modify or suspend the Campaign, adjust validation criteria, or change eligibility conditions. Any modification will not affect rewards already earned in compliance with these Terms.

9. PERSONAL DATA

Participation in this Campaign implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with Ontop’s Privacy Policy.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Participation in this Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN

11.1 Validity: The Campaign is valid only during the Campaign Period.

11.2 Fraudulent Activity: Ontop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign and to block a worker’s account if fraud or unlawful action is detected in order to obtain additional rewards.

11.3 Limitation of Liability: By participating, workers agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims arising from participation in the Campaign. Ontop is not responsible for technical failures or system issues that may result in incomplete transactions.

11.4 Governing Documents: Please refer to the Ontop Platform Terms, including the Remote Worker General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, which govern matters not covered in these Terms.

11.5 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as outlined in the governing documents.

11.6 Tax Implications: Workers are solely responsible for any taxes or expenses associated with the rewards.
