2. CAMPAIGN RULES

To participate in the Campaign, users must:

  • Have an active Ontop account
  • Have an active Reserve Subscription during the Campaign Period
  • Reach USD 2,000 in Qualifying Spending during the Campaign Period
  • Comply with Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions

3. ENTRY MECHANICS

3.1 Participants who reach USD 2,000 in Qualifying Spending during the Campaign Period unlock one (1) Surprise Box. Each Participant may unlock only one (1) Surprise Box.

3.2 The contents of the Surprise Box are secret. Participants will not be able to see the amount or category before redeeming it. The Surprise Box appears as an additional Reserve Credits category for November 2026.

3.3 Each Surprise Box contains USD 50 in Reserve Credits, redeemable at Food Category Merchants. Reserve Credits may be used in one or more purchases during the Redemption Period.

3.4 Only 50 Surprise Boxes are available for redemption. They are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis: the first 50 Participants to redeem their Surprise Box and upload a valid purchase receipt from a Food Category Merchant win the reward. Unlocking a Surprise Box does not guarantee a prize.

3.5 The Food Category Merchant purchase must take place after the Surprise Box has been redeemed.

4. REWARD DISTRIBUTION

4.1 Reserve Credits are made available to the winning Participant upon successful redemption and validation of the purchase receipt, during the Redemption Period.

4.2 Any unused balance of Reserve Credits expires on November 30, 2026, at 11:59 pm (GMT-5). Expired balances are not refundable or transferable.

4.3 Ontop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each Participant and each transaction before making Reserve Credits available.

4.4 Reserve Credits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

5. ELIGIBILITY AND VALIDATION

Only Qualifying Spending completed during the Campaign Period will be considered. Eligibility will be validated based on the Participant’s Reserve Subscription status, the status of each transaction, and the validity of the purchase receipt.

6. RESTRICTIONS

The following will not be considered:

  • Transactions made before or after the Campaign Period
  • Pending, reversed, refunded, canceled, or disputed transactions
  • Purchases at Food Category Merchants made before the Surprise Box has been redeemed
  • Transactions identified as fraudulent or abusive
  • Participants who do not hold an active Reserve Subscription

Ontop reserves the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of attempting to manipulate or abuse the Campaign.

7. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

Ontop reserves the right to modify or suspend the Campaign, adjust validation criteria, or change eligibility conditions. Any modification will not affect rewards already earned in compliance with these Terms.

8. PERSONAL DATA

Participation in this Campaign implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with Ontop’s Privacy Policy. Any publication of Campaign content under Section 11 requires separate, express opt-in consent and is not implied by participation.
